I’m sharing my experience as an out-of-state buyer so others can consider all factors before making a long trip. The advertised price at Gregory INFINITI may look attractive, but several additional charges and issues came up during the final paperwork: • Out-of-state fee: $500. We drove four hours from Indiana to purchase the vehicle. This fee was not included on the original out-the-door quote but appeared in the final contract, even though the dealership already knew we were Indiana residents. Buyers should carefully verify that the final numbers match the original quote. • IKON service: $1,000. Even if you decline this service package, there is still a $100 charge. • Trade-in value: Approximately $1,000 lower than KBB estimates. During the paperwork process, the value also changed when numbers were transferred between documents, further reducing the amount. • Gas tank: The vehicle was delivered with only half a tank of gas, which was surprising for a luxury-brand dealership experience. If we had not already driven four hours to the dealership, we likely would have walked away. Unfortunately, these concerns were not acknowledged or addressed by management. I hope sharing this experience helps other out-of-state buyers review all paperwork carefully before committing to a long drive.

I had an outstanding experience at Gregory Infiniti, and it was all thanks to the amazing team that helped me from start to finish. Kassandra Garcia was incredibly welcoming, professional, and easy to work with. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. She truly cared about making sure I got the right vehicle and an amazing deal that exceeded my expectations. Tom was fantastic during the hands-on part of the process. He walked me through the car in detail, took me on the test drive, and made sure it fit my needs. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was completely comfortable with my decision. Jason handled all the paperwork, and he did a perfect job. He carefully explained every step, from the title transfer to registration and plates, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward with payment. Together, Kassandra, Tom, and Jason are truly the dream team. This was easily one of the smoothest and most pleasant car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a dealership with people who genuinely care and take pride in what they do, I highly recommend Gregory Infiniti and especially this incredible team.

Kassandra and the entire staff were nothing short of AMAZING! I got a great car with an even greater price! I would recommend this team to anyone who doesn't want all the hassle of a traditional dealership who tries to rip you off. This team is more interested in the human being who wants a positive change when buying a car.! Thank you everyone who made me a long term customer!

I would like to thank my salesman, Trevor, for his excellent work. The car I initially came to see didn’t impress me much, but Trevor offered to show me another one — and that’s the one that truly stole my heart! Then I worked with the sales manager, Tom, and everything went very smoothly. He made me an offer that perfectly fit my financial plans. The paperwork process was quick, easy, and without any pressure to purchase additional products. Overall, I felt truly heard at this dealership, and I got exactly what I wanted. This Infinity Dealership has the Rite idea in Great Customer Care.... I am located in Milwaukee , Wisconsin and needed an Infinity Part on a Saturday Late afternoon . I drive the 70 Miles and It was worth it. First let me say John in The Parts Department ,Deserves a Big Raise. He was Informative and Kind and a Very Helpful. He took the time with us to Make us Feel Comfortable and He Taught Us a few infinity Need to knows. Then Every staff i Encountered there after was kind and Hospitable and Made Me feel at home.
