“I'm super happy with my truck. The buying experience was very easy and completely no pressure. Highly recommend CarMax if you're looking to buy. With that being said, if the vehicle you're buying is not on the lot but is being shipped in, maybe expect it to arrive in the longer time allowed, as opposed to the optimistic time. But it will arrive!!!”

“I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and unfortunately the experience after the sale has been disappointing. The car left the lot with tires that were nearly bald — something that should have been addressed prior to delivery, especially at this price point. Not to mention, the tires were rotated incorrectly. I returned to have the tires replaced today, and this was my second visit within the first week of ownership. Now I’ll need to go back again because the tire pressure was not set correctly. Multiple service visits within days of purchase is not the level of quality or attention to detail I expected. I appreciate that the tires were ultimately replaced, but the repeated inconvenience and lack of thoroughness has been frustrating. I hope the dealership takes more care in properly preparing vehicles before delivering them to customers.”

“Brought my car in to sell after receiving an online offer. After their inspection, they came back with a revised offer that was half the online offer. They found several questionable “issues” with the car to justify this. For example, they stated that the car was “overheating.” However, the gauge on the dash shows it perfectly normal. There is no steam, no smell, or any other indicator of an overheating engine. They didn’t show me a diagnostic error code, or explain how they arrived at this conclusion. I suspect they simply thought I wouldn’t know the difference. They also claimed there were “warning lights” on the dash. Amazingly, when I got the car back, it had a tire pressure light, because one tire was a single pound low on pressure. Thanks a lot fellas, it’s not as if you have an air hose or anything. Go find some other sucker to low ball.”

“I just want to say wow, what an experience. I am very aware I would not get any other care or service like I have at car max. I had a car salesman named Andrew who treated me with the upmost respect and dignity the process of dealing with carmax was so easy. I am just shocked at how well this went. I did choose to return my car mainly bc I needed something that wasn't on the lot & with the way that they treated me I WILL hands down return to buy here again and I will use Andrew especially when I am looking for something sporty. Truly a top of the line experience than you Andrew and carmax for making me feel seen and heard, you will not get this kind of understanding service anywhere. I am aware that missing out on commission is no small deal but in terms of me finding a vehicle and spending a lot of money, I hope he understands how truly grateful I am. Thank you all.”
