“Recently purchased from This carmax. Honestly the sales side of this purchase was AMAZING. So this review is nothing about the salesmen. Less than a week later the car we bought had a minor issue. So we brought it back to the carmax and they agreed to fix the car and had to send the car to a specialized car dealership. The car has been ready for pick up at the specialized dealership for a couple days now. And this carmax will not go pick up the vehicle due to paperwork issues between the 2 dealerships. Leaving me and my wife without the car for unnecessary time. This situation is horrible and the customer should never be put in the middle of two business disagreeing over paperwork. I would not recommend using this carmax for that simple reason.”

“I saw where a gentleman In Jacksonville, Florida had a bad experience with Carmax. My experience was just the opposite. I was buying a car through Carmax and here in Lexington Kentucky. We only have the one Carmax so anyways the car salesman.Tariq & Leigh Ellis in financing were great to me Tariq had my car sent in got to test drive it. Everything looked OK But there was a couple things that I wanted to get fixed the front bumper needed to be painted Weatherstrip need to be replaced so he sent that in And the service department gave me a call not even two days later after I And they’re gonna fix the concerns for me and I will not be charged for that so overall, my experience with Carmax was great Here in Lexington, Kentucky. So I would recommend Carmax if you are interested in”

“I had never used CarMax before and was not sure what to expect. All I knew was that I was probably going to pay a little more. Not only was I able to find the exact car I had been looking for but I found the entire experience to be super easy and even pleasurable! The people on their support line were very friendly and informative. She scheduled the test drive for me over the phone. When we arrived at the facility the salesman was very friendly and knew who I was and pulled the exact car around for the test drive. The sales manager was amazing. There was no haggling, no pressure, he answered all of our questions and took care of all of our concerns and requests. It was a very enjoyable experience! The delivery of the vehicle was quick and easy, out in under 30min. I got the car of my dreams and I would definitely recommended CarMax to anyone looking for a quality vehicle.
