“*Update!!! 2/17/2026 I have sent several emails to the respondents request and heard NOTHING from anyone at Audi. Received my new tag in the mail today- it was supposed to be a transfer of tags- so more money out the window for everyone involved. This group has not done a single thing correct. My review is too long… it was that awful and still continues to be. Jennifer is unknowable and argumentative - sales manager is rude and tried to swindle us. The worst part is-I hate the vehicle. Check engine light on less than 500 miles. 1200 miles about 8 warning lights came on and we’re heading to the shop on Tuesday. **update** I had already emailed the provided email address in their response and I haven’t heard ANYTHING from anyone employed by this location. I did confirm I was sold a vehicle that had no received required updates. Haven’t made the first payment and tomorrow is day 2 in the shop. Service department has been very friendly. Still convinced it’s the worst purchase I’ve ever made.”

“Purchased a used Mazda CX-50 from Audi Lexington in December of 2025. Easy process; was able to get everything started over the phone with Bonnie before I drove in from out of state to sign and drive back. I was hoping to spend a little less on the vehicle but I was able to work with them to get more for my trade after the initial quote. It should be noted that the vehicle I purchased was under JDPower book value at the listed price. All the out of state complications/paperwork were handled, including Audi of Lexington having a system to calculate my state/county taxes and register my vehicle for me. And doing complicated title work was no problem at all, though partially due to Kentucky being more lax about it than Tennessee. The staff were nice and easy to work with. Happy with the vehicle and the painless process to purchase it!”
