“Disclaimer: this review applies only for the service dept. I did not buy a vehicle from this dealer. These guys are pros. Unlike the ford dealer in columbia who did not impress me at all with either their diagnostic skills speed or prices these guys underpromised and over delivered for me. Took my car in knowing the water pump was failed because of a bolt head I broke off years ago on accident. I knew it would need an extraction. These guys diagnosed the water pump and had it repaired the next day. I had no prior appointment. Get this, for the repair and the speed, they only charged me 600$ plus tax for a water pump gasket and bolt extraction. That's downright reasonable. It's hard to find an honest shop. These guys are it.”
