“I took my truck in for service and was initially told I could come pick it up and that there would be no charge. Before I arrived, Tyler called back and said I could not pick the truck up because they needed to speak with the warranty representative to determine whether I would owe anything. I was told they would know the following day.
Two days later, after finally receiving a return call, I was told I could pick the truck up—but now I was being charged $250 for one hour of labor.
How is this acceptable customer service?
You tell a customer there is no charge, then make them wait three days, only to reverse course and demand payment. I work in a service-based business, and if I tell a customer something is being handled at no charge, I stand behind my word.
This truck is three months old and should not be experiencing battery issues. Instead, the issue is being blamed on a professionally installed dash camera, despite the fact that I manage a fleet of 400+ vehicles and this is the only one that has ever had this issue.
I attempted to escalate the matter, but the service manager is out until after Christmas. I am hoping the service manager returns on Friday and corrects this situation. If that happens, I will update this review to reflect the resolution.
At this time, I do not recommend Lenoir City Ford—especially their service department.
UPDATE: I picked up my truck after they agreed to honor their word and not charge for the service. Still having issues with the battery and scheduling service with another dealership.”

“Ask for Brian or McKenzie….Lenoir City Ford (TN), was transparent from the start. No high pressure sale gimmicks or playing games. They were fair and professional to my wife and myself. Took time to listen, send emails, follow-up, and most importantly Lenoir City Ford was true to their word. I was born and raised in East TN….My word and a simple handshake meant something growing up. At Lenoir City Ford, a simple word and a handshake sealed the deal on our 2025 Bronco Sport. We drove an hour from home to save over $11,000 from sticker price. I did my research, I sent emails and texts, I visited other East TN Ford dealerships, but Lenoir City Ford earned my business and purchase. Ray in financing was quick, professional, and efficient. That’s two vehicles I’ve bought in Loudon County, TN.”

“I took my daughter to buy her first brand new car. Let me tell you, go see Cecil, Mark, & Mac. They were absolutely amazing. I don't normally give reviews on stuff but I just had to on this. They worked with us, gave us many different options, & worked within our budgeting. I am 48 years old & this was the best car dealership experience that I have ever had. I will NEVER go to another dealership. When I need a vehicle or anyone else I know needs a vehicle I will 100% try to get people to use this dealership. They were fair & honest & treated us like family!! Cecil came out to the car & went over EVERYTHING!!! Gentlemen we APPRECIATE you guys way more than you know!!!!! Thank you for the wonderful service!!! God Bless you all !!!”

“I was in the market for a Mach E. Lenoir City was the only dealer within a 100 miles that had the model I was looking for. I completed an online form after hours and had a response back from a human in about an hour! They provided a video walkabout of the car I was interested in, and even completed some work the next day on the proposed purchase before I arrived (software update).
When I arrived the car was front and center and my salesperson waiting to answer my questions and take it out for a drive. The salesperson was knowledgeable in the car and was able to easily talk me through the specifics. The car had one flaw in a rear seat door panel that the dealership immediately called in an upholstery guy to fix on the spot. Impressive. I decided to purchase. The sales manager is a really great guy who has served our country in the armed forces. Thank you.
The price was below market value, so the trade value wasn’t great, but they worked with me. The finance guy made a valiant run at me with the extended warranty, but I declined. I drove off the lot a couple hours later.
All in all, a great experience for Mach E shopper in southeast/east Tennessee. Good prices, low pressure. Recommended. Talk to Phillip!”

“Relatively quick and easy as far as dealerships go. Christian was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came in knowing what I was looking for and how I wanted to pay, and never felt pressured in any way. If we are in the market for another Ford or a particular used model they have in stock, I’d come here first. It’s the kind of place where they aren’t trying to push sales numbers, but know that repeat business and referral is key to growing their customer base, and treat potential customers accordingly. My wife was so impressed with the experience she got Christian lunch, he even offered to buy ours too, but she insisted. Great team all around.”
