He was transparent in how the car was priced relative to others across the country, and provided the relevant paperwork to help me decide if the car was right for me. He even did a thorough video walkaround to show me all the signs of wear so I could decide whether to move forward or not. Payment and financing was easily handled with John who was very informative and communicative during the entire process, and even handled remote state registration for us. In the end, when I came by to pick up the car, it was barely an hour at the dealership to pick up papers, and get registration stuff notarized. I loved the experience, and would shop at this dealership again.”
