Audi Lehi Should Be Ashamed My experience at Audi Lehi has been outrageous, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I worked with Chase in sales and the manager, and the level of incompetence and disrespect I experienced is shocking for a dealership that represents a brand like Audi. They told me I could take the car. They took my down payment. We signed paperwork five separate times to make sure everything was correct. Five times. I was led to believe the deal was complete. It has now been almost a week and I still do not have my car. Now I am being told that I “have not bought the car,” yet they refuse to refund my money because it was a down payment. That makes absolutely no sense. You cannot claim I did not purchase the vehicle while simultaneously keeping my money because I did. What is even more disturbing is the reasoning I was given. I was told that if I were buying a Q5 I could have taken the car. But because of the value of the vehicle and who I am, suddenly there was an issue. As a young African buyer, it is impossible to ignore how that sounds. I was treated differently, questioned repeatedly, and made to feel like I did not belong purchasing that vehicle. They are now attempting to blame me, saying I “moved,” despite the fact that we re signed documents multiple times specifically to verify my address. If after five attempts they still cannot process paperwork correctly, that is not my failure. That is theirs. The only response I continue to receive is that they are waiting on Audi. No timeline. No ownership. No accountability. This dealership took my money, withheld my vehicle, shifted blame onto me, and has provided zero clear resolution. For a so called premium dealership, the behavior has been anything but premium. I would strongly caution anyone, especially young buyers or minority buyers, to think twice before trusting this dealership with their money

Sam and Camden went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied. They were forthright, never pushy and eager to answer questions. They kept me informed as they had to swap cars with an out of state dealer to get me my dream vehicle. At delivery Camden spent over an hour with me going over all the features of my new car and making sure the technology was working. After driving the car I had additional questions and they really took care of me. Five stars are not enough for this team!

I brought my 2022 Audi A3 to Audi Lehi on January 20, 2026 for maintenance (battery replacement and tire-related issue). The actual service work was done well, but the customer service and communication were very disappointing, especially from my assigned service advisor, Addie Heath. At first, everything went smoothly. Addie helped set up the appointment and arranged an Uber shuttle to take me home. However, once my car was dropped off, communication became extremely difficult. I called multiple times (4–5 calls) to get an update on my vehicle — no answer. I sent texts — only partial responses. When I asked about arranging a shuttle back to the dealership the next day, there was no response at all. I had to call the main line and speak with another operator, who was polite and helpful and arranged an Uber for me. The other operator said Addie would call — she never did. The Uber was scheduled without any communication to me. When I arrived at the dealership, Addie was present but did not acknowledge or address any of the issues as I was complaining to them to Aly. Another advisor, Aly, stepped in and handled everything professionally. She even advised that if a customer feels dismissed, they should request a different advisor — which says a lot. I understand that people get busy, but when customers are paying thousands of dollars, basic communication, respect, and follow-through should be expected.

Audi Lehi went above and beyond. They make you feel so welcome and apart of the Audi family. I worked with Josiah Merritt and couldn’t have ask for a better sales person. He kept me well informed from the day I ordered it to the day I picked it up. If your looking for an Audi, I highly recommend Audi Lehi .

I love this dealership! very personalble, keeping professionalism #1! So easy to work with, Logan was very thorough and patient with this old lady! Covering all details of operation more than once! I love my beautiful new Audi Q7! The finance manager was equally kind, professional and personal as well! Thank you for a great experience and spoiling us with swag!!!! I highly recommend Audi of Lehi! 10 out of 10!!!!
