“Baffles me each and every time. The vehicle is taken here because my family have been customers going back well into the Vision VW days. It’s gotten so much worse and each time I have given them the benefit of the doubt to make it right. The prior ownership under mmco was god awful and clearly never cared an ounce for the customer. Even under garnet you have Inexperienced advisors with attitude and techs who fail to get things done timely and right and clearly do not take a single bit of pride in their work. I have gotten my 23 R back and have lug bolts loose where I have to pull back in the dealer after getting on 183. I’ve had oil spilled all over my valve cover and not cleaned back up. This time I’m scheduled for a haldex service, dsg service, swap one wheel, and check for strut issue noise and an oil change. And yet they were only able to get an oil change done? When the car was dropped off the night prior? I have a 23 gti 40th and took that to bertolet VW for oil, brake fluid, dsg fluid and pan replacement, diff fluid and alignment and it was done before 230 when they called me to pick up. The level of care and professionalism at Reading VW is sub par, this wouldn’t even be an issue if it was communicated “hey there is a lot of customer cars in” instead of calling me at 5pm before you want to leave and then I also have no vehicle.”
