I just bought a Ford Bronco today from Jerry’s Ford in Leesburg and it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. They handled all of the paperwork before I even got there, saving me hours of time. Huge shoutout to Calvin, Chris and Steve for making this such a great experience. Thanks for all of your help!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Would not recommend buying a car from this location. Purchased car from them drove it 8 hours home then very next day car says pull over immediately to prevent engine damage and has low oil pressure. Bring to my service center and need $7600 in repairs. I have been without a car for 2 weeks now and GM doesn’t care and refuses to assist let alone answer any of my emails or phone calls. I’ve called and been just straight hung up on or sent to voicemails and nobody calls back. Very quick to take your money and sell you a car but give no support afterwards. They want me to ship the car back for them to do the repairs but how can I trust you to do a major repair on a off brand car but couldn’t even do the 1 service the car was calling due for? Showed me a list of “services” they did on the car before selling but couldn’t do the 1 service the car was actually calling due for in the vehicle. Should be ashamed how you run a business selling cars with “warranty” but not honoring your own word. Maybe reaching out over public will convince you to actually call back like you said you would instead of ignoring all my emails and phone calls.

I highly recommend Jerry's Ford. I had Sean in sales ask for him! I also worked with Carlos in management and Chris in finance which were also great to work with. I got a great deal with no sales pressure. I drove from out of state and they had me out quickly and back in the road in my new F150. I buy many vehicles and will be back again!

I visited Jerry’s Leesburg Ford for a new car purchase and unfortunately had a thoroughly negative experience. To start, the dealership itself felt cramped, with cars parked everywhere—from new and used vehicles to those in service or awaiting bodywork. Even the entrance was located at the back, making it difficult to find. Most concerningly, I noticed that many of the handicapped parking spaces in front were occupied by employees who didn’t have the appropriate permits, which was quite disappointing. I had scheduled an appointment for a test drive, but when I arrived, the salesperson assigned to me, Phil Wood, seemed entirely uninterested. He was sitting right by the door on his phone and not paying attention at all. Another staff member had to step in just to help me with basic questions and guide me to Phil’s table. During the test drive, things only got worse. Phil spent a lot of time talking on speakerphone with friends or family, which made it difficult for me to explore the car’s features. When I tried to interact with the infotainment system, he interrupted me repeatedly. Then, without any warning, he turned off the car and insisted we “talk numbers,” even though I hadn’t finished my evaluation. To make matters worse, during the negotiation, they added what I can only describe as ridiculous fees. They included an “everyday driving fee” of $1,895, a duplicate freight fee of $1,995, and a so-called government fee of $187 that I haven’t encountered at any other dealership. It felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge customers with nonsense fees. By the end of the visit, I felt completely disrespected by Phil’s attitude. Despite my polite demeanor, he never bothered to thank me or see me out. He even mentioned he was tired from selling a few cars earlier and just wanted to get it over with. Needless to say, I did not purchase a car there and will not be returning. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a professional or respectful car-buying experience. It was, frankly, a nightmare.

I had an excellent experience at Jerry’s Leesburg Ford. The team was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on customer service from start to finish. The sales department made the entire process smooth and straightforward. Their pricing was fair, and they took the time to walk me through all my options. The communication with my bank usaa was superb! Their finance guy was prepared and on point with the signatures needed. I also appreciated how knowledgeable the staff was about Ford vehicles (thank you Israel for all the bronco outer bank insights) — it made choosing the right car easy. The dealership is clean, organized, and welcoming. I highly recommend Jerry’s Leesburg Ford for my personal vehicle needs as well as for my pet retail business. I’ll definitely return as we will be shopping for my son’s first vehicle too. Thank you Bill and team!
