“Financed my first new car here easily and got the exact color and unexpectedly the best premium package on the car. Previously walked away disappointed and stressed about credit approval and pricing at another dealership and walked into Moyer Kia not hopeful to walk away with a car this week. But surprisingly everything went smooth for my wife and I from the second they were able to do my on the whim appointment. Everybody was friendly and had a great personality and synergy, instantly making my wife feel more comfortable and less stressed and anxious about being able to get a car this week. Eli and Mason were fun to go through this process with due to their good teamwork and synergy together, making everything efficient and not boring as it typically would be. Walked in hopeless. Walked out same day with an approval that a previous dealership told me wasn’t possible without a co signer. Wife is absolutely in love with the Kia K5 GT-line and we are enjoying every second of it. We did not expect it to have a sunroof premium package and the red interior package when we walked out to see the car we chose for the lowest price of that trim and color. Very good deal on that. On top of that, They even let my wife and I test drive the car just the two of us without us even asking or expecting it which instantly separated them from most dealerships and my wife and I appreciated. Everything was done right, even got double the offer for my trade in which wasn’t much at all to begin with but was still doubled to something that was a respectful and reasonable amount compared to the previous offer that was given at another dealership. they’re not paying me for this review, they just did everything right and perfect for my wife and I. Thank you Moyer Kia for having us leave with my dream car within the week I thought wasn’t possible (and selling the wife on it 😉). (Also got the ceramic package which I wasn’t expecting to get sold on but it’s actually priced fair and 60% less than what the previous dealership offered, yeah I don’t know they genuinely just do things better somehow at everything lol)”
