Although I had to communicate with the salesperson via mobile phone translator, I was very satisfied with every step and the transaction went very smoothly. The staff here are very friendly and the honesty and trustworthiness of the transaction is reassuring.”

It’s really something to buy a car in the museum like setting they have. But what really was impressive was the delivery. You have to experience it to do it justice. “The metrics used for annual vehicle inspection, according to your service manager contain a lot of gray areas. In particular the necessity of having a visible third brake light on a loaded F-350. If the slide in camper were permanent I’d be able to re-title the vehicle as an RV, which I cannot do because the camper is not permanently affixed to the frame. An RV requires a third brake light. A loaded pickup truck does not require anything more than visible tail lights, turn signals and brake lights. Hmmm, yet my vehicles aftermarket tinted windows, which are two shades deeper than legal passed. Your service departments refusal to accept written PA law and contend that they must err on the side of safety is without merit. This has cost me a great deal of aggravation, time and money. This complete build was well researched by the builder, ( Fourwheelcamper ) and by me, before we even began the process of building a custom pop up camper over a year ago. Henceforth, I’ll not be returning to any Ford dealership for required maintenance. I’ll seek out respectable shops during our travels and keep my receipts. Disappointed? Yup, I really thought that Ford dealerships would be a part of our team effort as we continue our full time exploration of North America for the next 5 years.”

“By far the absolute best dealership there is! Everyone is so pleasant, knowledgeable, and they all go above and beyond on everything. I had the pleasure of working with Dane on buying a Wildtrak Bronco. This was my first time buying a car and he made the process stress free, fun, and made sure I was well informed throughout the entire deal.
