Had the body damage on my truck repaired (see original review below) by a local [to me] shop since I live 1.5 hours from Bennett. As discussed with the dealership, they would reimburse me for the work performed once I submitted the receipt. Guess what? No reimbursement has ever been made! I’m still waiting for $350.00 to come to me. I did contact my salesman (Owen) weeks ago and was blatantly ignored. Called the dealership and left a message for someone to call me back. Never received a call, text, email, letter, etc.
I’m very glad that a majority of the reviews here are FIVE STARS and folks had a great experience, but that is clearly not the case for me. I’m nearing 6 months of ownership and they still haven’t held up their end of the deal. NEVER AGAIN!

Not a single staff member seemed enthusiastic that they had a customer looking to purchase a brand new $50K+ truck. Everyone was very dull with the exception of the Finance guy (Diego?) at the end of the sale. Very enthusiastic but extremely pushy and was not interested in anything but me saying, “Yes!” to their warranty. (Of which they would not work on pricing like every other dealership I’ve ever visited.) I took the truck without looking it over after it being detailed as a storm was rolling in and I wanted to get my family on the road. I found large deep scratches in the hood and a large chip out of the edge of the drivers side door. Absolutely pathetic. Unfortunately, it was found two days after I got the truck home and I’m certain they don’t do a thing about it. I would never purchase from Bennett again. Not at all the dealership they’re hyped to be.”

“May 2024 I was in a car accident. Now over a year later Bennett’s still has not completed all repairs. Parts for my car is no longer being made, so I understand they are having a difficult time getting them. I found a part on my own and I have been trying for weeks now to get in touch with them to put the part on. No one will answer me back. My insurance company paid for the parts and to have them installed. So you would think they could install the part I found for them.
I have fought with them the whole time to get updates when my car was in the collision center for 5 months. Communication with them is nonexistent. Luckily I have saved all my correspondence with them.
I would not recommend Bennett’s for service.”

“I have bought vehicles at this location for over 20 years. This week I was looking to sell a vehicle in the middle of a very stressful time, and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. Collin Wathen literally jumped up to help me out the two times I had to return. I was absolutely blown away by his customer service. Due to some issues I ended up there later in the evening to deliver the car and Collin offered to have me driven home. I said I could uber and he said nope they’d handle it. Wow. This maybe seemingly small thing was such a huge relief to me. Shout outs also to Jonathan and Carlos who both were instrumental in getting this deal done. I was a customer of Ebersole but I’m definitely never going anywhere other than Bennett for my future car needs. I felt so taken care of. Thank you all.”

“Where to start?? Toyota Tae. Wow what a hell of a salesman. Upfront honest. He did not waste my time showing me vehicles that I wasn't interested in. Just from a 5 minute conversation hey showed me my new truck on the second try. He would have had me on the first try but the vehicle was unavailable by minutes.
Please excuse the lack of me remembering names but the young guns in the sales office kept my kids entertained and they even made me forget how pain staking buying a new vehicle is. All around great group. If I ever met the owner I'd have nothing but great things to say.
Update to this review. As of today was totally strung along on a new purchase whole new staff. Waiting for gm to get back in touch with me. Best part is text messages and screenshot tell the whole story.”
