“My wife and I purchased as used car from Lebanon Ford shortly after New Year's. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and you can tell they all want to help find something that will work for you. Our budget wasn't super high but we never were made to fell like they wanted to push us off and get to a bigger sale (in fact several people mention something about the size of the sale not mattering). We decided to try this dealership because a family friend works on staff (not as a salesperson). He first recommended Matt but it ended up being his day off when we could come. Still, he texted with us on our drive in and helped connect us to another salesman. We ended up working with Jaden and he was awesome. They didn't have anything on the lot in our budget so he helped us search through their network for cars that would (calling dealerships to check things on a few). Once we had one picked, he rode down to pick it up just to check some things out before officially bringing it up since there is a limit on how many they can bring. Then walked us through the process to get everything ready once we knew we wanted that car. Can't remember the name of the guy in financing, but he was great too. Lots of good people and the next time we're in the market we'll be giving them a look (even though we live out of state).”
