Everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. Not to mention they had everything I wanted or wanted to add so tar I couldn't be happier. Edit: 8/20/25 had the car serviced and parts replaced. 8 months later the same parts had gone bad. I have a very busy schedule I brought it in west looked at it and found the same parts were out. He replaced them and got me moving. Got me back to work with only one day off and it cost me nothing. Thanks guys.

What a wonderful experience with JR and Frank. This dealership is top-notch. I’m a doctor (and car collector since 1998). I’ve bought and sold dozens of high-end sports cars and this was one of the best experience I’ve had. They let me do a pre-purchase inspection with a local mechanic who I wound up using to do some modifications that I wanted. They responded to all my questions, extremely promptly were very professional, and the car was fantastic.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 12/10 experience — Luxury Imports in Kansas is THAT place! Okay, let me break it down: First up: Celso — literal angel status. I called in totally unsure what to expect, and he was the calm, patient voice on the other end who made me feel instantly comfortable. He got me an appointment so fast, set me up for a test drive of the car that had been living in my Pinterest board for years, and explained every step so I never felt lost. Seriously, you can hear his kindness over the phone. Celso deserves a cape. 🦸‍♂️ Then we have Jack — and yes, he does wear khakis, but he is not from State Farm. 😂 Instead, he is your financial guardian angel. Jack worked endlessly (like, I’m convinced he skipped lunch) crunching numbers, making calls, and moving mountains to get me a rate that actually made sense for me. He never once made me feel pressured or talked down to, which if you’ve ever bought a car before, you know is HUGE. Jack made financing feel like a team sport, and we won the championship. 🏆 Frank is the man behind the scenes making sure every single detail is perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about the cars, the dealership’s reputation, and about you as a human being. Frank shared all kinds of knowledge about the car, maintenance tips, what to expect, and even a few fun facts that made me feel extra good about my choice. Think of Frank as the cool older brother who wants you to be happy and safe. 🚘💡 And finally, Sage — my paperwork superhero. Fastest pens in the Midwest, I swear. We went through documents faster than I could sip my water, and somehow he still took time to chat, explain everything, and keep the vibe super relaxed. The energy Sage brings makes you forget you’re signing your life away — instead, it feels like you’re just finishing up the fun part before the big reveal. ✍️😎 From start to finish, this place blew me away: extreme professionalism mixed with genuine warmth and humor, out-of-this-world customer service, and real humans who want you to be excited and prepared. They turned what could’ve been a stressful day into one of the best experiences I’ve had all year. So yes, HUGE shoutout to Luxury Imports in Kansas: thank you for making me feel like more than just a customer.
