“This has been one of the worst car buying experience i had at this location we felt very pressured into buying a car here and after that been trying for days to get in contact with finance because we was missing a bunch of paperwork for the car we bought. No one would answer the phone besides the front desk girl anytime we got transferred no one would answer after we did talk to the sales people was promised they would check and call us back wich never happened. Update: was told also that the car just had its fluids checked and changed and 2 weeks in lights are turning on the dash already. Update: the manager Christian and sales person AJ has been trying their hardest to fox a few issues with the car so i am really appreciative of their efforts to rectify the situation. But the service department so far has not beena good experience at all wich i am not happy with took my car to get my radio fixed the same issue kept happening and the person who installed the new radio ended up doing a sloppy job and scratched up my radio trim wich now i have to take my car all over again there wich i am not happy at all with that hopefully there will be a different outcome after this experience with that the service department. Update my radio case was fixed thanks to the manager.”
