I've purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime and this by far was the smoothest and best experience. Rome is a great communicator and just a great guy to work with. The attention you get makes you feel like your the only customer. Jeremy did a great job explaining all my options and answering all my questions. From the moment we set foot on the property and met Urbicon, we could tell this was going to be a different experience. The car was my daughter's first and I wanted to be confident in where we got it. I'm 100% satisfied with the service we got and attention we received. We will be back.

TLDR: Majorly messed up state paperwork to the point they took away ownership of some else's car and was condescending when trying to resolve. If you choose to go here you'll have to check their work for them. When my partner got a car from them they submitted the paperwork to the DMV with the wrong VIN and didn't check. This means they not only sold them a car they didn't technically own on top of overwriting the ownership of my car which I didn't even get from them (illegal). When we went in to resolve this with the general manager he kept telling us is "wasn't possible" and we were wrong until we showed him all the paperwork to prove the mistake they made. He even tried to flip it on us saying we could have checked the title when it came in... Yes to discover your mistake a month or so earlier? We would still be exactly where we are so take accountability and apologize. Even after them fixing the mistake they "think" ownership of my car will return to me, but they don't actually know. Bare minimum of accountability. My car record will now have a second owner which affects value. Really tough situation that was only handled with care once the general manager got out of the way - and even then not really.

I had a great experience, when we entered the show room we were welcomed and asked about our reason for visiting. We enjoyed a test drive in the Nissan LEAF and then spoke with Rome upon return about pricing and finance options. After the paperwork was completed to initiate our purchase, Rome kept us up to date and answered any questions. Jeremy completed the financing and help up complete our purchase. The Nissan LEAF is an all electric car and is a unique experience. Thank you!!!

I've mixed review, I bought a vehicle from them in Oct. Reaching out over the phone is terrible experience, always unavailable if you're working with any rep, dropping a message a call back at front desk it always hard part & no one call back on time. I obtained details mostly over the emails, I bought vehicle because it was only available at this location and in my price range (& my requirements) that's a reason I keep chasing them, but feel like I own them something that's how's I feel the overall experience in this transaction. One good thing one rep name Erabakan, during my purchase day : he was good in customer service and welcoming (other i deal were as usual). My sale rep was Rome (mostly on text or email, phone calls are always late responses). Thre most important review: they say they inspection the vehicle before they sell which is 100% wrong and false, NY vehicle has one blow out speaker (which they fixed the same hour but how come the dealer don't check at basic speakers in inspection), the most crucial is underguard plate below 2nd row seat has tons tons tons of sand (i guess previous owner might living near beach area or went before sold the vehicle) and this dealership didn't check this awkward issue at all - so why they claim they did multipoint inspection!!! (See pictures). The most annoying was the cabinet filter of my vehicle was terrible old & nasty (the life is beyond gone) so I don't understand what they check in inspection this is most basic maintenance of any dealership ( I wish I could had took picture before of that crazy bad condition of cabinet filter). The good thing is you might can find the good price at this dealership so people keep going to get their vehicles, they handouts few papers: carfax, market value index and any new service maintenance/work done at their local so it feel good for any new customers. Overall, it was mix experience with my purchase and I would suggest to check your potential vehicle before you buy.
