“This was my second car buying experience and Drew and the team made it the most comfortable and easy process! Drew kept it real the whole time and I truly felt he was there to help us get the best deal on our new mustang! James in the financing department was also quick, to the point, and explained everything clearly. He wasn't pushing us to do anything we didn't want to. “Ordered through the sales staff over the phone since I live out of state. They understood my needs and wants and found the exact Truck I needed. Upon arrival I was treated with the friendly staff and quickly taken care of so I could get back on the road home. This is my 5th vehicle I have purchased from here and brought back to my home state of Montana. Worth the drive and effort every time. Thanks to Chris, Ricky, Oscar, Luis.”

“What an experience! Hands down the best customer Service I have ever had in the 10 years of me purchasing 2 to 3 vehicles every years from dealerships in Las Vegas,California , Kentucky ,Texas ,Oklahoma etc. they treated me like family here and I noticed everybody else that was purchasing a vehicle that day got the same treatment. Thank you so much, Luis Alarcon ,the gentleman in finance & Every employee walking in the parking lot asking me if I need anything asking me if I would like a coffee. I asked where the restroom was the gentleman said here let me take you over there . They got me through really quick in and out of Finance as well. Thank you Steve ,Chris, Juan, Luis & all of team Ford!!”

“Team Ford is amazing. As is one of it's service advisors, Jordan Albright.
I took my 2011 Mustang in for service and maintenance. Jordan walked through the process, advising me as to areas to have my car evaluated on possible issues as well as having my tires replaced. She kept me updated on the status of my car, informing me of any findings and procedures that my car needed.
The technicians were thorough and efficient. While they had to wait for a part my car needed, as soon as it was received they completed the work.
My car had about 35 miles on it when I purchased it from Team Ford in 2011. I have never had an problems with it. Now it has a little over 108k miles on it and thanks to Team Ford it's ready for another 108k miles.”
