“Team Ford is amazing. As is one of it's service advisors, Jordan Albright. I took my 2011 Mustang in for service and maintenance. Jordan walked through the process, advising me as to areas to have my car evaluated on possible issues as well as having my tires replaced. She kept me updated on the status of my car, informing me of any findings and procedures that my car needed. The technicians were thorough and efficient. While they had to wait for a part my car needed, as soon as it was received they completed the work. My car had about 35 miles on it when I purchased it from Team Ford in 2011. I have never had an problems with it. Now it has a little over 108k miles on it and thanks to Team Ford it's ready for another 108k miles.”
