“I will recommend Newport Motors to to ANYONE AND EVERYONE looking to buy a new used car. This was thee most easy, quick and smooth experience I have EVER encountered when it comes to buying a car. Michelle and staff were so friendly and accomodating. The whole thing was way to good to be true and if i didnt experience it myself I wouldn't believe how well it all went....and the car we purchased...are you kidding me?! Works, runs and looks AH-MAZING!!!! Thank you Michelle and staff!! We are beyond pleased!!!”

“I almost never write a bad review until today. I would highly recommend avoiding Newport Motors unless you carry a ASE certified mechanic with you in your pocket or have them put the car on a lift for you to inspect. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I still have my car and loved it until finding out it had over 6 thousand dollars worth of suspension, undercarriage damage not covered in the CarFax or disclosures. The management was quick to answer with a "your on your own sort of response" and had "no honor" or "no integrity" to make anything right. Very disreputable! Very sad day when all they care about is getting the car off their lot to wash their hands. (Picture is an alignment report from my BMW dealer).”

“Newport Motors was The best experience I've had buying a car. I originally went to Baja motors. I guess which is their sister location to look at a car ,but the car was at different location at Newport motors not at Baja Motors. I walked into Baja and they ran my credit and got all my information before I was even given a chance to test drive the car. Number one that blew me off because my credit wasn't good enough. They didn't give me the time of day when they saw that I didn't have $4,000 down. They wanted nothing to do with me at that point. Walked out feeling so defeated and humiliated. So, I got a text from Daisy from Newport motors a couple days ago asking if I was still interested in the Mustang? I told her my experience I had at Baja and which she was totally apologetic and asked if she could help me get into the car. At that point I really wasn't interested in the car. It wasn't the car itself. It's just the way I was treated and she assured me that she would do the best she possibly could to get me into that car. I went there test drove the car. And I loved car It was exactly what I was looking for with the features I wanted and low and behold she got me financed with a down payment I could afford. Daisy went above and beyond for me and I would like to thank her very much for that. She was so professional at her job and her customer service was excellent !! Not say anything bad about Baja Motors ,but they need to look at the way they treat their customers because that dude missed out on a sale.I was treated like Trash. In the end I got the car I wanted.Thank you Daisy!! Then after the purchase I was advised that I get a free first oil change. 3 months later went to the service Center at Newport Motors I was greeted by VICENTE! He was very nice and professional and took my car and got my free oil change! It was another amazing experience at Newport motors?”
