“Newport Motors was The best experience I've had buying a car. I originally went to Baja motors. I guess which is their sister location to look at a car ,but the car was at different location at Newport motors not at Baja Motors. I walked into Baja and they ran my credit and got all my information before I was even given a chance to test drive the car. Number one that blew me off because my credit wasn't good enough. They didn't give me the time of day when they saw that I didn't have $4,000 down. They wanted nothing to do with me at that point. Walked out feeling so defeated and humiliated. So, I got a text from Daisy from Newport motors a couple days ago asking if I was still interested in the Mustang? I told her my experience I had at Baja and which she was totally apologetic and asked if she could help me get into the car. At that point I really wasn't interested in the car. It wasn't the car itself. It's just the way I was treated and she assured me that she would do the best she possibly could to get me into that car. I went there test drove the car. And I loved car It was exactly what I was looking for with the features I wanted and low and behold she got me financed with a down payment I could afford. Not say anything bad about Baja Motors ,but they need to look at the way they treat their customers because that dude missed out on a sale.I was treated like Trash.
