“Took my car in for service, no issues. Got my car back and noticed my steering wheel cover was ripped and my side view mirror had scratches. Called and spoke to Todd, the manager, and he said no one entered the cabin of my car, as evidenced by camera footage and he couldn’t do anything about it. So explain to me how my car was driven to me without someone entering the cabin of my car? How did they check my windshield wipers work properly during the MPI? And they couldn’t have scratched my mirror when they washed the car? Total lack of accountability and disrespectful to think i’d believe no one went inside my car when they literally drove my car around the parking lot. No, I don’t recommend this place.”
