I recently purchased my 2026 Kia from Jim Marsh Kia, and I felt compelled to share what an exceptional experience I had. I have bought many vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say I have never been treated with the level of care, respect, and dedication that this team showed me. After visiting other dealerships and receiving poor service, walking into Jim Marsh Kia was completely different. From the very beginning, the team truly listened to what I wanted and worked for several days to make sure I got exactly the right vehicle for me. They never rushed me, never pressured me, and treated me like family throughout the entire process. General Manager Attia went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Jesse Quintero in Finance worked incredibly hard to make the numbers work comfortably for me, and the sales team — Masoud Mousavi and Arsenio Delasin — were absolutely amazing. Their professionalism, patience, kindness, and genuine care made this the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Even after my purchase, they followed up to make sure I was happy and to see if I had any questions. That level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated. If you are looking for a dealership that treats you with honesty, respect, and real personal attention, I highly recommend Jim Marsh Kia. Took my car in for service, no issues. Got my car back and noticed my steering wheel cover was ripped and my side view mirror had scratches. Called and spoke to Todd, the manager, and he said no one entered the cabin of my car, as evidenced by camera footage and he couldn’t do anything about it. So explain to me how my car was driven to me without someone entering the cabin of my car? How did they check my windshield wipers work properly during the MPI? And they couldn’t have scratched my mirror when they washed the car? Total lack of accountability and disrespectful to think i’d believe no one went inside my car when they literally drove my car around the parking lot. No, I don’t recommend this place.

I had a great experience buying my car from Jim Marsh. Masoud was our salesman and drove me around the entire lot looking for the right car for me. He was very knowledgeable in the car I was wanting. The entire transaction was easy, smooth, and quick. The staff was professional and helpful, and there was no unnecessary pressure. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

I have nothing bad to say about this dealership or our amazing salesman, Daniel Freeman! Our experience at Jim Marsh was nothing but positive. Daniel was super kind, compassionate, and understanding. We walked out with great deal without any hassle whatsoever. Daniel was genuinely one of the best, if not the best, car salesmen we have ever dealt with. We were lucky enough to meet Jim and Stacy Marsh and they are great people who love what they do. We are now happy owners of a Kia Telluride!! Thanks Jim Marsh Kia and Daniel!!

Thank you so much to Jim Marsh Kia! I was able to trade my 2018 Jeep Compass in for a 2025 Kia K4 EX. My salesman was Jimmy Marsh, the grandson of Jim Marsh. He showed me all the cars that I was interested in and answered all of my questions. Jimmy was very informative! I would definitely buy again from here and from Jimmy. The dealership even worked with me to rush to make my movie time later that night! They were so supportive in helping me make a large purchase and decision, while helping to make sure I would be comfortable with the final decision! I also forgot some stuff in my old Jeep that Jimmy helped me to retrieve the next day. Thank you so much!
