Went in needing to leave with a car and because of Tim that’s exactly what happened ! He was kind , professional , patient and went above and beyond for me . He made sure I left with the car I wanted and a smile on my face ! Will definitely be back in the future if I decided I want to upgrade my car or get a second car .

I took my GMC Elevation to this facility and now I will NEVER purchase a GMC again! First visit they fixed a recall for transmission electronics, or so I was told, a shift light problem and the DEF system malfunctioning. I received the truck back and the shift light was fixed. However the transmission started banging when I went from reverse to drive unless I waited a few seconds after completely stopped, the auto start quit working and within 2 weeks the DEF started acting up again. During the first visit I did not get an update as promised. I had to call many times. When I took it back again for the def system I was told it may be the way I’m driving it? When I asked the service rep if he was blaming me he quickly back tracked. I dropped my truck off on Saturday understanding that I would not get an update until Tuesday. Tuesday came around and I made 3 calls and left messages, 2 on recording and 1 with a person that said he would go down and have a service rep contact me ASAP. I never got a call. Wednesday rolled around and I called numerous times to get an update and still no return call. Finally on Thursday morning I had to spend $40.00 to Uber to the facility not knowing what was going on with my truck. Furthermore, I was told by the lady I set up the appointment with that a manager would call me about a loaner car because the problem wasn’t fixed the first time, it was band aided. No call was received! I have spoke to quite a few GMC owners and the DEF issue is a problem with a lot of them. I WAS a lifelong GMC buyer and loyal not anymore! How upset was I? Check out the pictures. I traded the GMC in the very next day and got a Ford.

From the moment I stepped onto the dealership floor I was met with a top-notch level of respect, professionalism, and customer service that I have never received before during the car buying experience. Camilo made the transition from a car that I didn’t like to a crossover that I LOVE painless and uncomplicated. He even went as far as finding a vehicle in Utah that matched exactly what I needed and got it shipped to Las Vegas for me. As a senior citizen, I sometimes feel taken advantage of/not taken seriously. Camilo made me feel the exact opposite way. He insured that every single question I had was not only answered, but that I understood everything completely. Camilo made sure I was completely satisfied and went above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely return to Jerry Seiner again and will request Camilo every single time.

The best customer service Ever from Robert and Townsend. They took great care of me and my husband we both brought cars! I highly recommend them. No hassle at all. 😃 when I'm ready to upgrade/trade I'll definitely go and see them.
