“Best experience! I came in for service on my Range Rover Sport. I did not even buy my car from there and they treat you like family.
Matt the Service Manager is so likable and assertive. I really appreciated the GM, Brennan as well. He made me feel so important regardless of how busy he was and did everything to make my interaction with Range Rover wonderful. I will always take my car here and refer my other friends who are also Range Rover owners!”

“Land Rover of Las Vegas sold us a RRS p550e EV. The sales department told us we would get the full $7500 tax credit. Trusting what the dealership was telling us, we proceeded with a custom order. We took possession of the vehicle at the very end of 2024. We filed our taxes in March of 2025 and got rejected by the IRS. After months of back and forth, we finally found out why the VIN was rejected. Unfortunately for us, the dealership failed to mention that this tax credit is only available to vehicles that are assembled in North America. We paid $7500 in tax plus interest which worked out to $8100 and some change. Had we known, we would have considered other options. Personally, I feel deceived, contacted the sales manager multiple times over email and in person, and was informed it was the finance company’s (Chase Bank) responsibility to submit the VIN to the IRS. The dealership still never admitted to the fact that an EV made in the UK wouldn’t qualify, but instead just let us chase our tails all this time. What good is a sales department if they can’t be honest with the customer on what they’re selling? We cannot pretend to not know which credits are given for which vehicles, it’s the responsibility of the dealers to know the laws and know what they’re selling the customers. I don’t recommend this business.”

“Outstanding customer service! I saw an ad for a Ford Raptor at this dealership. I was hesitant to even check it out, because I’ve had poor experiences in the past with car salesmen. Regardless, I made an appointment. Mike Shiffman made me a very fair offer on my trade, was very reasonable with the price of the vehicle he was selling, and basically made the purchase a no-brainer. The process was so smooth and easy. I have nothing but good things to say about Land Rover Las Vegas and Mike Shiffman. I would absolutely do business here again and recommend them to all of my family and friends. Very fair dealership to work with.”

“Outstanding sales and finance experience! My wife and I recently purchased a Toyota TRD 4Runner from Chris Fisher at Findlay Land Rover of Las Vegas, and the entire process was exceptional. We even drove from Southern California after seeing the vehicle online—and it was absolutely worth it.

“Terrible experience… bought a used Range Rover off there website. Car was shipped and had around $8,000 in problems including paint falling off the hood, scratches down the side, rims scratched, speakers blown.”
