Prior to arriving, I visited another Toyota dealership nearby and had a horrible experience. I waited one hour with my 3 year old son, and the salesman was trying to sell me a trim level and color I didn’t want. He couldn’t even locate the trucks, some new ones were “hidden” or inoperable (“the battery was dead bc it had been sitting there too long”)That was a normal occurrence there. “I went into the Toyota dealership not to buy a car but to get a new side view mirror for our 2012 Toyota FJ cruiser. When I was on my way out I struck up a conversation with Edgar. Little did I know that this conversation would lead to me buying a brand new 2025 Toyota 4Runner TRD off-road! We walked around the lot and looked at a lot of different Toyotas.
