We purchased a car here in January, and shortly after it started having transmission problems. We brought the car back for a diagnostic check, but we were told we could not leave it that same day and that we needed to make an appointment for another day. This was very frustrating, especially because we explained that we are not from Las Vegas and did not want to drive back home in a car that was already having transmission issues. The way we were treated was very disappointing, particularly by a sales agent named Felipe. Since they would not help us that day, we ended up taking the car to Team Ford for a diagnostic inspection. The contact information we were given to file a claim was for the extended warranty we purchased, instead of the Lithia warranty that was still valid. The vehicle was purchased less than 60 days ago and had fewer than 3,000 miles, so the Lithia warranty should have applied. Later that afternoon we called the service department to ask for the correct claims contact number for the Lithia warranty, and we discovered that nobody had even reported our visit or the issues with the vehicle. It was as if we had never been there. We were told that a manager named Jonathan would return our call, but we are still waiting. Overall, we are very disappointed with the lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service.

I had an excellent experience at Centennial Hyundai from start to finish. Our salesman Andre was amazing — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. He made the whole process smooth and actually enjoyable, which says a lot when buying a car. A big shoutout as well to Brazil in financing. He was great to work with, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were comfortable with all the numbers and options. No pressure, no confusion — just straight-up professionalism. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you right and a team that truly has your back, I highly recommend Centennial Hyundai. Ask for Andre and Brazil — you won’t be disappointed.

Selecting a family vehicle isn’t easy, but Yonatan and Brazil made the entire process feel effortless. Yonatan was so kind, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for us. And Brazil went above & beyond in every way — his support truly meant a lot. Our family is extremely happy with our new family car. Thank you both for making this such a smooth and 5-star experience. The best team to work with!

When we bought the car, the service was excellent, but now that we need help because the new car has problems after only 2 years, we asked for assistance since the car is under warranty. However, they said the problem was with the fuel and they couldn't honor the warranty. That's when we decided to take the vehicle to be checked at another maintenance service, but the disregard was total. When it came time for the tow truck, they wouldn't release the vehicle; we had to request a second tow truck. We were treated very, very poorly by management, and as if that wasn't enough, there's more. The car was disassembled and missing parts, and one mechanic passed the problem to another mechanic, who then said he hadn't worked on the vehicle – total disregard. After a long day of total stress, we felt terrible. Nobody even came to talk to us. The vehicle was taken away, but with all these unresolved problems!!!

I walked into the dealership 9/20, just to pick up my car from being inspected. Walking out with a negative experience from both inspection on my Hyundai Veloster which then the next day I get an error code on my car of P0335. Which their team did not find. So now I have to go to another location just to get the work done. Following I wanted to try to show my sister Hyundai are great and maybe get her into a car. Which we spoke with Ketorie, he is an amazing person super friendly and a local to Nevada. He was honestly the best part of the day. We mention we just wanted to look at car and he understood the process more towards the end and respected our decision. He even got her to maybe want to choose an Santa Fe car for the future. But the rest of the sales team basicly made me had to make my sister get in the car and drive away because she wasn't ready truely to buy yet because that was not the conversation we came in with. I am really starting to lose my trust with this dealership because both times maintenance has taken way longer and even when I come back and say a issue is wrong and it's your company needs to fix it and work with my time, because I've already waited so long I get turned away . If anyone reads this Hyundai centennial really need to learn to respect the customer when they say no thank you the first and second time. Making someone feel guilty for declining the sell is not in the handbook and I understand I work in sales .
