“Service was amazing, Aylin was great. She didn't try to over sell any services. My wifes car was fully inspected, had an oil change, tire rotation, aired up the tires and was offered a courtesy car wash. My wife was highly satisfied. Overall a great experience.”

“This place honestly deserves 10 stars. The customer service is beyond amazing and that says a lot for someone who never writes reviews 🙋♀️.
I’ve been coming here for 3 years now. I had a Acura Integra lease and just leased a TLX.
Every time I came in for an oil change or any type of service I was in and out - not stuck an entire day like other car dealerships. They truly value and respect time.
They also update you throughout the service by sending a video of what’s actually going on.
Most importantly my last visit where I leased my new TLX with my salesman Johnny and the financial services manager Chad . They are an amazing duo! First off, who else ask for your specific Starbucks order to make sure that’s ready for your arrival ?? Right. Not only did I have my hot coffee waiting for me, they also gave me a personal mini Nothing Bundt Cake in celebration of my new purchase.
Other than the generosity, these guys are not your typical pushy and aggressive salesman. They are very understanding and truly strive to get you the best deal at your best timing.
Also shout out to the financial representative Clemente, I didn’t work with him much but I did speak with him over the phone and when I came in, he came to introduce his self. Another great customer service team member.
I’d recommend anyone to CardinaleWay Acura on West Sahara! They also have additional inventory than just Acuras.”

“Cardinaleway has been my go-to place for both buying and servicing my cars. I feel confident in the people who work there, and my advisors are dedicated to keeping me informed, rather than pushing me to buy unnecessary stuff. Whenever I have questions, they not only provide answers but often have already addressed them by sending me a video highlighting the areas on my car that need attention or that might require sooner repairs. Since Acuras are awesome and so reliable, I haven’t needed much work done on my vehicle, but I have been in to add a few accessories. Each interaction I’ve had with the parts department has been great. They are all friendly and very helpful.”

He was incredibly professional he immediately put me at ease. He took the time to personally assess the issue and provided a clear, honest estimate, and there were no hidden cost or surprises.Not only was the repair completed efficiently, but the car also runs better and I believe that is why my 2005 Acura MDX at 220,000 miles and still running excellent.”
