Normally, I dread getting an oil change if I don’t have a ride home and I have to wait to have it changed. It was actually quite pleasant. A good game on TV, Real good coffee or latte if you prefer and something to snack on if you’re hungry. The change was quick and I didn’t get the normal sales pitch of all the things my car needs to have done immediately. Mitch was very pleasant and even There are closer places that have my oil changed. I would definitely drive back To have my next service done

I came in for a service appointment, and Devin took such great care of me. When I found out my car needed extra repairs, he immediately offered me a loaner so I wouldn’t be stuck waiting. I was able to finish my errands without any stress. I’ve been driving Acura for 9 years, and this was honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you Devin!

This is our 4th purchase from Cardinale Acura and was as good as it gets when buying a vehicle. Clemente was very patient and helpful In exploring our options and test drives and Mike was excellent making sure we got the best deal we could. I had a very positive experience at the Cardinale Way Acura Las Vegas thank to service manager Mitch and his crew. My car 2005 MDX Acura. He was incredibly professional he immediately put me at ease. He took the time to personally assess the issue and provided a clear, honest estimate, and there were no hidden cost or surprises.Not only was the repair completed efficiently, but the car also runs better and I believe that is why my 2005 Acura MDX at 220,000 miles and still running excellent.

Attn: General Manager Steve Beecher I just purchased a MDX on Saturday, June 21, 2025. When I finished signing, the car was released to me in the conditions @ about 8:15- 8:30. When I got up to look at the car the following conditions were found: -Terrible detail job with Smears all over the car, top side - Mats just left in the back of the car not installed to the floor, missed the picture. - Silver aluminum along the side of the back driver door is not aligned properly as the passenger side. - very unprofessional service I’m really annoyed with the way the car was released to me after my purchase. I’ll be down Monday morning to speak with you personally at 8am sharp, for my inconvenience, I would like to be made whole. This clearly shows Acura doesn’t care about customer service. I’m waiting for my survey to complete. Thanks Respectfully Lamart Glenn
