“I would wholeheartedly recommend Carmax to any newcomers interested in purchasing a vehicle. While yes, the vehicles they provide can vary from used to mint used or new, their service work for the customer and staff provides a welcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, prior to purchasing, they will introduce you to their available line-ups on their lot, and if there isn't one that has peaked your interest, they will work with you to coordinate the vehicle you want from other available dealerships either in person, or online. Alan, whom I did business with for purchasing my vehicle, was very helpful in assisting me with the process of inspecting my vehicle, to concerns I initially had, which was their warranty service package, to the finalization and closing of the deal for purchasing my vehicle. Which, to my surprise, they had available, and to add to it, was almost brand new. His rapport, and discussion with me felt like I was chatting with a good friend.
