“I just want to take a moment to thank Lionel for helping me with my smog check today — seriously one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a smog station. From the second I arrived, he greeted me with respect and genuine kindness, which immediately put me at ease. Most of the time, getting a smog check feels like just another chore, but Lionel made it feel different. He walked me through each step, explained what he was doing, and made sure I understood everything. There was no rush, no upselling, no stress — just honest, straightforward service. You can tell he actually takes pride in his work and wants every customer to leave feeling confident and cared for. Watching him work reminded me a lot of my younger self — motivated, focused, and always wanting to do things the right way. It hit me how rare that kind of dedication is these days. When he finished, he made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and even checked a few extra things just to make sure my car was running right. It’s small details like that that really separate this place from everywhere else. “I have brought my Maserati GranTurismo MC for an oil change on Monday at 4 PM ,thinking that this is an easy job and it will be quick. But I have realized that this place doesn’t care about customers or about cars they service. I was absolutely shocked how everything has gone wrong. I was not planning to write this one star review, but after Receiving a bad customer service, poor quality of mechanical work ,that was so simple :an oil change, and replacing an air filter for the engine compartment, which was not installed properly and now I have this code P2187 which caused a check engine light to come on. They did not even cleared an oil service light after performing an oil change , because they didn’t care enough to try to connect computer. My $50 OBD reader AutoLink is reading without any issues, and they have told me that my car has bad OBD connector ( which obviously works fine since I was able to read the code). Also, service writer Joey was nice at the beginning and later on after they were done with my car he was not nice anymore, even my wife has asked me “what is his problem ?” After we have asked him for the WiFi password. He seemed to be so irritated just for being there working. If he is unhappy working there then he should quit, because there are so many people who would be more than happy to have his job. I need the owner to contact me and rectify this issue. Because this is a serious matter.”
