“I use my BMW primarily on Sundays. It has always been my favorite car brand, and owning a BMW was something I worked toward for years. I finally saved enough to make that dream a reality.
I brought the vehicle in for a recall repair, and I want to be clear—everyone I interacted with was polite and professional. The staff themselves were kind and respectful throughout the process.
That said, the recall visit resulted in an estimate of nearly $5,000, which was surprising. Upon closer review, a significant portion of the quoted work had already been completed prior to this visit. After addressing this with the service team, one item—a coolant vacuum service valued at $250—was performed at no charge, which I appreciated. We have invested heavily in maintaining this vehicle, including nearly $10,000 in recent repairs at another BMW location to ensure its longevity and pristine condition.
Unfortunately, during this visit, a connector linking the passenger-side airbag to the main engine harness was damaged. The estimated cost to properly repair this would have exceeded $2,000. Rather than replacing the component, the connector was secured with a zip tie and I was told this was acceptable as a temporary solution. Given the circumstances, I had little choice at the time.
We have documentation and photographs of the issue. While I respect the individuals involved, the outcome of this service experience has left me disappointed. As a result, I will not be returning for future service.”

“This was the first time bringing my newly purchased BMW 740i into the service department for it's annual service check and additional items that required attention. My BMW service representative Caleb was incredible. I gave Caleb a list of items that required attention and all of my items were addressed in a timely manner. I was given updates on the progress of my car regularly which Caleb provided. Caleb also provided me with a courtesy car until my vehicle was completed. I was very impressed with the daily communication that Caleb provided me on the progress of my car as well as what was found during the maintenance visit that fixed each of the items on my list of things to be worked. I look forward to working with Caleb again on future visits to the service department due to his professionalism and knowledge about my BMW 740i. BMW should be happy that they have people like Caleb working for them.”

“I arrived to BMW on Sahara after leaving Mercedes after they were not able to make a deal with me.
My husband said “let just stop at BMW it won’t hurt…” . I am SO HAPPY WE DID! We parked in got out of the car where there were 2 salesman’s men that were outside and had headed back in when we approached and the our sales man Narek approached us with a smile and very friendly greeting. Let’s just say, we were dismissed and he was patient…
I left out with a 2025 X3! With ALL THE BEST THINGS I WANTED! I had never thought I’d get a luxury car so soon but my husband, Narek and, George helped me reach this dream! Along with Donald helping me with my final package and Zane helping me set up my car for me to enjoy it all! You all are amazing! And I look forward to developing a great long relationship with the BMW family!

“My first experience at this dealership back in 2018 when I leased 2018 330i went very smooth. The service department outstanding. Always had a loaner when vehicle ready if needed. Fast forward 2025. Looking for another BMW to purchase and once again top shelf service from start to finish. BIG shoutout to the team of professionals that made this purchase experience possible. Anthony C. Was extremely courteous and knowledgable. He listened to my every concern I had regarding what terms I was willing to accept to move forward with the purchase. He exceeded them all. BIG shoutout to Donald A. In finance. He was very efficient with the final signing process with no BS... He also listened to my concerns that "I was not interested in sales after the fact " (ie ext warranty etc). What he was able to present blew me away in all my car buying history. My initial interest rate on the 640i GT was almost 12%. He then went on to explain that he was able to bust my %rate down to 7% along with adding gap insurance and vehicle maintenance (5yr oil change service) and dropped my payment $15-$20 more a month. So to wrap this review up; anyone looking to buy, lease or purchase I would highly recommend go see them at AN BMW OF LAS VEGAS”
