“My Yukon was in there to get the TCM programmed, contacted Sebastian Gonzalez from Bravo way before bringing it in since I was gonna install and aftermarket transmission with agreed set price for programming. Had Yukon towed with no appointment and had to wait, no problem, this was not why I rated them this. I was then called and told they're not programming it because it doesn't have a GM serial number on transmission so they couldn't verify transmission and refused to program it because they couldn't find a serial number, after already had asking BEFORE I EVEN BROUGHT YUKON TO DEALERSHIP VIA TOW TRUCK!!! THAT I ALREADY PAYED FOR!!!! Not wanting to argue or fight, the had to clear off my flatbed and go get the dam vehicle because I was dam sure not gonna pay another tow bill. Ended up calling service manager and GMC down the street, told them the exact situation, and service manager stated that was horrible customer service on their part and should've never turned me away, he then stated to bring my Yukon to them and he would get it done. So towed I down the street and it was programmed and returned to me within 1 day. Regardless of the Aftermarket transmission. Complete waste of my time and money on their part, I will never take anything to them again. GMC has forever earned my business”

“Bonnie the service advisor is the only reason my wife and I still take our two vehicles to your service center we had some bad experiences the times we didn’t go through Bonnie to the point were we were considering me doing the all the services being that I am a diesel mechanic/ heavy equipment mechanic by trade but I know the importance of taking your vehicle to a certified mechanic so from that moment we only go to Bonnie and that’s it she needs to be recognized for her work ethic we been going to her since 2016 but the day she’s not there we won’t be there either to many bad experiences again she needs to be awarded employee of the month cuz it’s because of her that we spent thousands of dollars on vehicles maintenance and bought 2016 Chevy cruise and 2023 Chevy suburban and my son is about to start driving and we are a Chevy family so it’s gonna be from bravo more then likely a camera. But as long as Bonnie is still there and we feel the need to say that she needs to be be rewarded I mean it’s been over100000 just in twoo vehicles pluse all the recommendations that gm has we done then as far as to changing simple headlight bulb …”
