“My husband and I saw a vehicle online (used Volvo XC60) we were interested in. On the Saturday after Christmas we called the dealership and were lucky enough that Jadalyn picked up the phone. We asked her to check availability of the car we saw online and she confirmed it was still available, and set us up to come in for a test drive at 3pm that day. When we got there the car was out front ready to go. We took a test drive, had great back and forth with her during the ride where she pointed out all of the different features of the car, but also asked questions getting to know us while telling us about her self.
