โI reached out to the dealership and spoke to Janell, who was very transparent and realistic about the expectation as this was a newly acquired vehicle, set the appointment an had a great feeling without even being in the dealership. Overall, from start to finish was the easiest and most accommodating car buying experience. Nick was the best, understood what we were looking for, got us exactly where we needed to be. Their business manager was AMAZING and very funny. Made the hours of sitting in a car dealership very enjoyable. โMy wife and I leased our first Hyundai in 2022, this was one of the best shopping experiences we have ever had. Our sales person was Kim Dorsey, she is simply the best. We of course returned to Fred Beans Hyundai of Langhorne in 2025 for the following reasons listed in order of significance:
1. Kim Dorsey - Ms. Dorsey isn't your average sales person, she isn't pushy, arrogant or demanding. She is empathetic, extremely hard working, active listener, knowledgeable and puts her client's needs first.
2. The Fred Beans Experience - Very honest upfront pricing that gives the client a positive experience. This includes the Business Managers, who are also knowledgeable and charismatic.
3. Hyundai - I travel a lot, which means I am in and out of new rentals all of the time, in my opinion, there are very few manufacturers that deliver a balance of technology, comfort, luxury, great pricing and value that this manufacturer brings to the table.
We would like to thank Ms. Dorsey and her team for making our buying experience so pleasant.โ

โWe recently got 2025 Elantra and Madison made the whole process so easy and chill. I was kind of nervous going in, but she was super friendly and explained everything in a way that actually made sense.
She didnโt pressure me or rush anything, just helped me figure out what worked best for me. I could tell she really cared and wanted me to be happy with my choice. It honestly felt more like getting help from a friend than dealing with a salesperson.
Iโm so happy with my new car and really thankful Madison was there to help. If youโre thinking of getting a car, go talk to her. Sheโs awesome!โ
