“So I bought my car in January, from what I was told there was no problems. Before I even hit one month, my tire sensor was messed up, my window doesn’t close all the way, my bumper keeps coming out, it looks like they used cheap glue to fix it, my key to start my car either takes 6 minutes to start or some days I just don’t get my key back, and when I emailed to speak to the person who sold me my car they were unreachable, over all I just wouldn’t recommend by from CarMax, or maybe this location specifically? For the price I bought my car I could have gotten a newer year and a better car, now I’m stuck paying off something I have to fix along the way.”

Everyone at this location was wonderful while I navigated the car buying process again. They also honored a mistake in the listing of the car I ended up buying, which I did not expect at all but greatly appreciated. No haggling or delays. CarMax arranged a free ride back home via Lyft that was a nice touch. The facility itself is very clean and sparkling so you know you not dealing with some shady roadside business. Highly recommended for a fair, safe and efficient way to sell a vehicle.”
