Regrettably purchased a brand new 2023 Traverse Red Line I was absolutely ecstatic. I paid for the car outright as well as maximum extended warranties. They had to offer all the bells and whistles. Referred three family members who also purchased outright brand new vehicles. Ever since I purchased the vehicle over two years, absolute headache, altercations multiple poor interactions and services from text assistant managers never even being able to speak to general administrative or regional managers of any sort of kind. Performance electrical in so many other continuous issues. I have been dismissed. My vehicle was damaged by a Chevrolet employee driving my vehicle summer of 2024 still has not been repaired multiple resources and points of contact to multiple people never been compensated repaired or even spoken to by any appropriate manager owner or any administrative person in power whom could've resolved at any point. Have been treated absolutely the worst I could ever imagine completely will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Down to the service sales warranties being deceived being dismissed and blamed on top of all of that. If I could go back, I would never purchased or allow my family members to purchase vehicles from this dealership. Should be absolutely illegal the way business has been run from this establishment. Don't even cover my rentals while I'm still under warranty. They don't even compensate you with respect it's disgusting. The only sort of interaction that's absolutely superficial is the fake polite responses for the Internet to see. So feel free not to respond to this message as it would not be genuine, nor will it resolve our compensate for any of these discrepancies.

I was very excited to purchase my Silverado 1500 RST truck, but after only one day of having it, I got a check engine light. They kept it 4 days, but after driving it 2 days, the light came back on. So it’s been back in service for another 4 days, and I’m supposed to hear from them one day this week. I really like the truck and it drives well. The salesperson, Jesus, was great as well as George, the finance person. But the fact that the vehicle is having to be serviced so much is a major concern. I bought a new truck thinking I’d be able to depend on it, but so far it’s been the exact opposite. Granted, the have given me a rental each time, and have covered the cost of it, it is still costing me my time back and forth to and from the dealership. I texted Jesus, my salesperson, about the dealership swapping my truck for another one, but he didn’t respond, which is somewhat troubling. They said they are kicking this issue up to General Motors, the parent company, and they are supposed to send someone to evaluate my truck today. So I’m waiting to see what they’re going to tell me today. So, at this point, the saga continues…

Go see Ronnie Cooper and Bryon Gelfo at Antelope Valley Chevrolet! It was the best car buying experience we have had ever! Cooper and Bryon had an excellent sense of humor and took the stress out of the buying process. They won our business over 5 other dealers. Ask for them and let them work their Magic!

I have never dealt with a car dealership like this … amazing experience Issac who is the top sale man litterly he got sales man of the year !!! … he picked me up from home to appraised my trade in the car and made the whole process so easy for me , I was in and out in less than a hour .. everyone I dealt with personally was cool and helped Issac made me feel comfortable . If you want a car come here Issac will have your back and make sure you leave with something … THANK GOD for him!!!

I bought a 22 Honda Civic and I can’t deny I like the car a lot, the sales man Matt Finley was great, but unfortunately after I bought the car couple to three weeks later , it rained a lot for the first time. That’s when I noticed that the passenger back seat window rain was leaking bad which till today if I don’t cover it with plastic. Water comes in and it has which has made a water stain on the door arm rest and seat. I’ve tried to put foam in between the doors / rags etc. went to Mr. Car wash or rain . It doesn’t fail to come thru.I have been in several times since then and they have been unprofessional from the manager at nights to the service guy. Telling me it’s physically impossible for that to have happened on in there hands, but just looking at the car you would never notice or could tell that it would leak water in the way it does and that It had to happen on my time . End of anstory. Making me feel stupid annd regretting buying the car off of upper management that could care less. Even though I told them if the cars not in my garage . The cars parked right in front of my job site. If I’m not driving my work truck. ( which I’ve had my foreman have the contractors check the cameras and no one has touched my car. Around the same time I’ve had to get an oil change which I don’t think I’ve should of, but my car only had 15% Oil in it . Which seems like the haven’t changed the oil in awhile. Which I have proof of as well. Also paid out of pocket because no one would help me at AV Chevy. Also at the moment I have to use a personal jump starter to jump start my car every time. On my only 2 year old 2022 Honda civic. Everyone I’ve talked to there has just passed me around and has made me feel. Like my purchase did not matter. And for that is why I give AV Chevy 1 STAR if I could leave negative Stars I would . Sincerely, Jesse Morales
