I'm very happy with my new 2026 Toyota Corolla Hybrid Cross I bought from Stevinson Toyota West. This is the second time I've worked with this dealership. Tony Salazar was my salesperson and he was great! He knows his cars, is great to work with, not-high pressure and exemplifies everything that I like about working with Stevinson. I run a company and don't have time for the nonsense that some car dealerships put you through with buying a car. I'll just walk away if they start "car dealership nonsense." I work in sales myself. Just sell me a car-lets have a conversation and get the deal done. Tony worked to get me a great trade, Rafeal worked to get me good terms for financing-overall a great experience. Thanks Stevinson Toyota West-I bought a car ten years ago and was happy then, and I'm happy now. I'll recommend you again to my friends and family!

Loved my visit!! This was my first visit to this location, and it was much more pleasant than other locations. I always hate going to the dealership for services because it typically means being hassled/bothered by technicians or other sales reps during my entire wait trying to upsell me or convince me that other services are needed on my car while I’m there. My car is only 4 years old, less than 50,000 miles, and it runs great (as proven by the inspection that is done at every visit!!) I showed up for an appointment I had set for a $40 oil change special that I saw promoted on Facebook. I pulled up to the service center and was greeted by Josh. No fuss, no nonsense, and very polite!! At the end of the visit, he showed me the inspection which showed everything was working as it should and didn’t try to sell me some malarkey about other services. He got me my oil change for the discounted rate which I had set the appointment for, and sent me on my merry way! This location also has plenty of comfortable seating for those who are waiting at the dealership while their vehicles are getting serviced. I enjoyed my coffee, read my book, and was out of there within an hour! I can’t recommend this location enough!

Stevinson Toyota West Is a gorgeous dealership full of friendly, knowledgeable staff. My fiancé and I have never been “wowed” by a dealership until we made the right decision of bringing our business here. We worked with Graham Goguen for the sale and Gray Thompson for the financing portion. I truly cannot express how thankful and ecstatic we are with Graham’s immense wealth of knowledge, genuine caring personality, and bubbly smile. Graham not only sold us a car, but he sold us the ONLY Yuzu GR86 that this dealership got the privilege of receiving. John, the sales manager, and Graham fought tooth and nail to try and get one of these from Toyota. Once they figured out they were allocated one, Graham raced to reach back out to me and start working a deal. This wasn’t an upsale, this was genuine customer service. He walked us through the whole journey, from port delivery, option installation, detailer care, PPI steps, and even followed every small wish I had for it. He gave my fiancé her “off the show room floor” experience with the car of her dreams. Gray and Graham made us feel like a priority during one of the busiest times of the year. You could tell they had very long days but wanted every step to be as easy and carefree as possible. Gray made financing easy, explained options, and even went into depth on my personal credit information and what I could do to better it for the future. I have NEVER had “sales” people go out of their way to help the buyer better themselves! Stuff like that makes life time customers! Graham, Gray, and John didn’t just sell us a car. They sold us the experience of a lifetime. I WILL be back to buy more from this team as life calls for it.

I brought my tundra in four full service recently. I usually wait longer than I think. I should have 24 a simple oil change. But lo and behold, the dealership seemed to almost be under new management. I was greeted, I'm very courteously. Everything the person I met, whose name was chris, we're a terrific. They got me a loner car because I would probably be there all day waiting for all the fluids to be changed in my truck. I got a rental, no problem. And every person I met was extremely friendly and courteous. Everything was done on time and I have absolutely nothing. But praise for the employees. I'm at. Very professional.

I had found the vehicle I was interested in online prior to arrival. Went in, was welcomed into the dealership. Directly taken to a salesperson with no wait. Worked with Terrell who was a very friendly sales person. Not overbearing and has a great attitude. We went for a test drive, I liked the car, he processed me through in a reasonable amount of time until Lindsey in finance was able to speak with me. I had preapproval for finance, but she was able to get me a little bit better rate and worked with me on the financing. She was also friendly. and I think it was around 3 hours to complete. I appreciated their candor and professionalism and would go back if I needed another vehicle.
