“I am giving my sales associates, Anthony and Devyn, the 5 stars they deserve. When I originally inquired a month ago, Devyn called me to schedule a meeting the following day. While he fell sick the day of our meeting, Anthony was eager to jump in and take on our meeting. My wife and I were particular about the specs that we wanted, as we couldn’t find one that exactly matched our requirements, we didn’t buy our first day. As a couple days passed, Anthony called me with an awesome and strategic plan to move forward. He was proactive in seeing which vehicles were coming out of their loaner program and were going to be CPO to see if any of them would fit what we wanted. Luckily, the exact 2025 RX 350H Luxury was going to be available. It took us about 3 weeks to finally get the car out of service and certified but we would eventually get the deal done. Anthony was out of office this past Saturday when we came in to close the deal but made sure to give Devyn all of our information and was briefed on our situation. Devyn did a fantastic job closing the deal for us and got us on our way. What doesn’t deserve the full 5 stars is the long delays with getting the car serviced and certified and the detail the service department did on the vehicle before we left. They let me know there were some organizational changes during this time which caused the delays, but the situation didn’t feel very Lexus and when we got home we noticed the vehicle was still pretty dirty with scuffs all around and even crumbs in the cup holders and phone charging area. Additionally, on our first day, the original sales manager we worked with, made us feel somewhat inadequate, as if he didn’t believe we were real buyers. Anthony was quick to nip it in the bud and knew we were serious from the beginning so we didn’t let it deter us from buying, but again felt very non Lexus of them. All in all, our sales associates and even finance made the process as smooth as they possibly could. Outside of the sales manager and service delays, this was a great experience. I’ll be happy to refer anyone to Anthony and Devyn as they made a fantastic team.”
