“I had an exceptional experience purchasing my Lexus IS 500 Ultimate Edition from Lexus of Lakeway, even though I’m located in the DFW area. Despite the distance, this was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! Ceslie was incredible to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. All of our back-and-forth communication was prompt, clear, and transparent, which made buying a vehicle remotely smooth and stress-free. She answered every question thoroughly and kept me informed every step of the way. Another huge plus: no markup. “They were wonderful. We drove from San Antonio to Lakeway. Took just over 2 hours to get there. Ashley was amazing. Since we were getting there before closing, she was able to stay behind to help us out. She handled all the paperwork via text and call so that we were able to have everything done before getting there. She was also able to answer any questions and send pictures as we went. Once we got there, still did a test drive. Smoother sailing. Richard was a huge help in ensuring everything was explained properly. If I had any questions or concerns, Ashley was able to help me after the fact. Highly recommend!”

“I have to be honest, I was mentally preparing for the usual dealership runaround when I went in to lease my new Lexus. But wow, was I wrong. From the second I walked in, everyone was just so genuinely nice. No pressure, no hovering—just friendly people who actually listened to what I was looking for.
