“Review on 6-12-2025: Honda Ads about lease payment is a Lure. Taxes and unknown prices are to be included in the payment shown as it wasn’t explained to me. So fourth 2 out of 5. You dealers know your numbers well. 1) you didn’t give me my credit score copy. 2) you disclosed that you will give me a copy but asked me to take a picture. 3) you didn’t explain thoroughly on the price of the vehicle, which vehicle VIN you used to pull numbers, additional features on the vehicle and price for what items! 4) Appraisal of my trade in was low and you just gave me my known information on Kelly Blue Book price and my known CARFAX to me as you didn’t need a printed copy anyway. 5) you asked me to take picture of the credit report. 6) I explained my situation with insurance premium and wanted to lower my premium.(you asked me what am I trying to accomplish here? I know for sure you want to make money out of me anyways with trade in and the purchase) 7) you said you will give me a copy of the price value break up. You didn’t try to explain or give me the copy. I just had to resort to taking picture of it. How was this dealership better than anyone else around? Henceforth my explanation of Two stars out of Five stars. My suggestions to new buyers is that you don’t rush into agreeing with the financial conditions whether it’s lease or purchase unless you really need the Vehicle you like. Shop around and compare the numbers. Salesperson was good but you knew my situation. I’m not even gonna think of coming for Pilot. I’ll go to the dealership that I’ve dealt with before and know that they’ll take care of me, even if it’s little far. The rating stays. 8-20-2025: Tried in August for new civic sedan. I texted back its sedan and the guy says I didn’t give me details and said “I’M JUMPING AROUND”. Great skills. Great!!”
