My husband and I are in North Carolina and bought a vehicle from this location. From the very beginning, the customer service was amazing. Buying out of state can definitely feel stressful, but Melissa made it so easy. She went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable with everything and kept us updated the whole time. We really felt taken care of and appreciated as customers. Graham in finance was also great to work with, he made that part of the process quick and straightforward. Thank you both for such a smooth, positive experience. We’re so happy with everything!

I had an excellent car-buying experience at Rountree Moore Kia! I purchased a Kia Sportage EX, and working with Peyton made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy — which I truly appreciated. He listened to what I wanted, answered all of my questions patiently, and was very accommodating from start to finish. I’d also like to give a special shout-out to Dallas, who worked through all the numbers and made everything come together so I could purchase my SUV. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the financial side felt comfortable and straightforward. Overall, this was a very positive, stress-free experience. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Peyton if you're looking for a no-pressure, professional car-buying experience!

I have been a proud customer with Rountree Kia for 8+ years. I have bought 4 cars there and my husband 1 and we love their service, staff and dealership. Everything is very clean and staff super friendly. We always see Trey our favorite salesman for every purchase. He is honest and very nice to deal with. He makes purchasing a new vehicle pleasant, not frustrating. I would recommend anyone looking to buy or trade for a new vehicle to use Rountree and Make sure to ask for Trey! You will be happy you did. 😊

Not buying a car from them again, I got a 2022 Toyota corolla had to jump it that day no biggie, but I've had to Jumpstart it everyday since. Ive finally got a day off and drove down. Oh you're gonna have to pay for that. Nope if I'm gonna buy a new battery I'll do it myself and not give you anything. We'll they replaced the battery at no cost to me, but it took this review to get them to realize their customer relations suck. The video is from when I went to Jumpstart it at the dealer to be pulled around, it was doing that. But yet it was a good battery and clearly didn't need to be replaced. (Sarcasm)

Disappointed with Roundtree Kia’s lack of attention to detail. I bought a brand-new 2025 vehicle from them just two months ago, and it already started having transmission problems. When I brought it to my local Jacksonville Kia dealership, they found several things that Roundtree Kia should have caught during their inspection, but didn’t. To their credit, Roundtree Kia did take responsibility and fixed the transmission issue, knowing it was something that should’ve been addressed before the sale. But not even 24 hours after picking the car up, the plastic under-guard under my engine fell down while I was driving on the expressway at 5 a.m. They forgot to reinstall the clips after the repair, leaving me to pull over on the side of the highway and zip-tie it together just to make it home safely. While they did fix the main problem, this kind of carelessness and lack of quality control should never happen — especially from a dealership selling new vehicles. It turned what should have been an exciting new car purchase into a stressful experience.
