“I worked with Mitch and had a great car buying experience. He was patient as my husband and I took turns driving a few vehicles. We left to think on things, but the vehicle we were interested in sold the same day. He then spent the next week hunting a replacement in our preferred color. Between him and the manager, Steve, we got friendly service, a good value on our trade, and left with a price that we felt was very fair. We traveled here because of previous good reviews of this dealership, and it was the right choice.”

“I'm just bringing it to whoever's attention that it catches, but honestly after buying 4 from them last year (with the last car being a lemon basically) I don't think I can ever go back because of the traumatization that I've dealt with since last December. To start off I brought a 2021 Widebody Scat Pack from Honda of Lake City on December 28th and was ecstatic as it was another simple and easy approval and purchase. I didn’t even drive the car for a full 24 hours before I started having issues with it. It was literally having issues the same night I got the car. I tried to take it back to the dealership the next day to get them to check it out to which I was then turned right back around and told that everything that was happening was "normal" because the car was modified. I didn't know the car was modified or I wouldn't have brought it honestly, but even I was literally pleading with them that there was definitely something going on and they ignored me. So after wasting almost a 2 hour drive to get told nothing’s wrong and that they’d look at it another day, that SAME EXACT day on the way back from the dealership the car broke down on me in the middle of a 4 way. Thank God I didn’t get hit or anything, but the car wouldn’t start or turnover at all. This all happened on December 29th btw. So eventually the car was towed back to the dealership to which they looked at it, did some "diagnosing" and still couldn't figure anything out. They had my car a full 3 weeks before even mentioning anything about a loaner, which I had to inquire about myself. Fast forward a little bit and a bunch of back and forth and me trying to find a solution to the problem because there wasn't anything going on, they had gotten my money and didn't care about anything else honestly. They ordered me a new engine which got destroyed in the rain because they left the new engine outside in the rain smh. Fast forward some more Honda paid some guy to fix the car who specializes in fixing modified cars (well the old service manager Robert paid him) and till this day November 15th I still don't have my car because the car has THAT many issues. I haven't driven my car since LAST YEAR. I know there is new staff and that is why I'm writing this review to hopefully catch the attention of SOMEONE so that I can be helped in some way. I've been steadily paying for a car that I don't even have because it's getting fixed and it's taken almost a year because the car was a lemon. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, financial strain, and an unacceptable interruption to my daily responsibilities. At this point, I begging that someone, anyone at Honda of Lake City help to urgently explore an alternative solution—whether that be a full refund, a replacement vehicle of equal value, or another fair and timely remedy. The mechanic still has the car and is in talks with them I'm pretty sure because he was talking to Robert so they could easily get the car back after it's repairs. Another thing to add on is that I was forced to pay for some of the repairs myself out of my own pocket which I do have the invoices for. The only thing Honda paid for was a new engine but there was extensively more damage to the car, like wiring harnesses, etc..”

“I would like to recommend you see Luis Cirino at Honda of Lake City if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. I recently traded in my Bronco for a gently used, 2022 Honda Passport Elite. Zach made sure I got a fair trade-in credit for my Bronco. Luis was really great and took a lot of time to find me the right car to suit my needs. He listened to my concerns and was and has been available to answer any questions I might have.
I would also like to thank the service department, especially T J Hazel. He is friendly, helpful and professional.

“I have to say I’ve never been to a car dealership and people not pressure me until I went to this dealership. I had no intentions on getting a car but these guys Mitch and Casey are the best! Within one week we decided to buy 3 vehicles from them. They explained everything and pretty cool to even just hang out with too! High recommend both guys! Thank you again”
