I had a truly positive and hassle-free experience purchasing my 2026 Ram 1500 from Mark Dodge. They offered the best price around, and the entire deal was managed smoothly over the phone and a zoom call. A huge shout-out to Mike in Sales and the General Sales Manager, Aaron, for being absolutely great. They offered free delivery to my home, which is about 200 miles away. However, I was anxious to get the truck, so I made the drive to pick it up. Mike, met me at the dealership door, and after counting my cash down payment, I had keys in hand and was heading out in literally 13 minutes! It has taken me longer to go through a fast food drive through than to pickup a truck from Mark Dodge! I highly recommend Mark Dodge for a no-nonsense and fair truck buying experience.

I’ve spent over a month shopping for a new truck here in South Florida, and every dealer I talked to had at least a $1,000 dealer fee plus thousands in mandatory add-ons that were nothing but pure profit. I was fed up with the games and decided to reach out to Mark Dodge — and I’m glad I did. Ashley helped me from day one. I went back and forth on at least five different builds over the span of a month, and she was patient, helpful, and honest the entire time. I consider myself a strong negotiator, and Mark Dodge still beat every dealer down here by over $5,000. I ended up getting a 2026 model optioned exactly how I wanted for less than a 2025 sitting on a local lot. That alone was impressive, but what shocked me even more was the level of service. They were transparent from start to finish — no hidden fees, no pressure, no games. I’m the type of person who will sacrifice some customer service for a great price, but here I didn’t have to. I got both. The team went above and beyond in ways I didn’t expect. They offered to deliver the truck to me, or pick me up in Houston or New Orleans. I chose Houston, and they picked me up and drove me 2.5 hours to the dealership — for FREE. Who does that anymore? That alone speaks volumes. Every single person I interacted with was fantastic: • Ashley – Sales, patient and knowledgeable • Mike – Sales Manager, friendly and straightforward • Robert C. – Finance, didn’t push a single product and was extremely helpful • Derek – Logistics • Chris – Delivery coordinator • Randy R. – Came to pick me up personally You rarely see a dealership operate like this. I wish Mark Dodge sold other brands because their business model is unmatched. Great pricing AND great service — no tricks, no egos, just honesty and value. If you’re tired of dealer games, save yourself the headache and go to Mark Dodge. They’ve earned a customer for life.

Awesome Customer Experience! I was truly amazed at how easy & stress free the buying process was….My Florida dealers were all about games & fees. Bill Lyons did an excellent job cutting through the BS & leading me through the virtual purchase. Saved me thousands…plus my military discount & no BS fees other than a reasonable $425.00 doc fee. A fair price on my trade made my 2k mile round trip worth it. Thanks Bill!

Always a pleasure to buy from MD. Over 35 yrs of buying vehicles, and working for a multiple dealers, this has been the best buying experience! Anthony, Aaron and team continue to make it the best! My 5th vehicle from them and I will continue as long as CDJR makes worth while products to buy! On a side note to those having issues with their new vehicle and to those curious about the team helping with issues, I'll share my experiences. My new 22 3500 had bumper defects from the factory. I reached out to Aaron and he set me up with a body shop in my area. Got a call from the local shop in no time. They informed me the issue will be corrected through RAM. It was minor, so I choose to live with it. Unfortunately it's common on these steel bumpers. Second issue I had was with my new 24 Jeep GCL. Less than 4500 mi. And a multitude of issues. Not the dealerships fault, but Jeeps, so I dealt with my local dealerships and decided it was just best to sell it since it was fresh under warranty. Some things aren't the dealers fault, but they will go out of their way to help with the process. Thanks for that, MD

The smoothest dealer purchase experience I've ever experienced (for reference, I've made more than half a dozen new vehicle purchases). No bullshit, quick responses, solid numbers in writing... under-promised and over-delivered throughout every part of the transaction. Multiple calls and emails with each person involved and even a couple others, I had more questions than most and everyone made time for me. Charles and Anthony were both experts on the options and features of the truck. Kyle was spot on with all the financials... and secured me an excellent interest rate. As skeptical as I was buying a vehicle virtually, I was never disappointed, never negatively surprised, but pleasantly surprised and continually impressed... a rare thing for me, as I usually have more product knowledge than sales and service reps from all the research I do. I highly recommend Mark Dodge, Charles, Anthony, Kyle, and Troy (my airport driver).  Everyone of them were professional, knowledgeable, and personable.
