“A refreshing change from CarMax. They matched my CarMax appraisal for my trade, and the vehicle I purchased was in great shape. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not over bearing. At no point did I feel pressured or annoyed. I arrived around 9:30, test drove and all, was home with my new vehicle before noon. By far the quickest and smoothest car purchase experience. I had a couple questions about my car after I had it for a few days, was able to text them and got a response back in no time. Easy 5 stars.”

“Trevor (the salesman) was exceptional. I bought a used Silverado, drove it 3 times and realized the transmission felt funny, even though i live an hour away i took it back so they could look at it. The mechanic said everything was fine the next day. I knew it wasn't all fine so i had to press the issue further. After getting ahold of Robert Cook. He made sure the transmission issue was fixed. The loaner they gave me,i had to switch out because of the strong stench and how long they had my truck. The truck runs great now thanks to Robert Cook and Trevor for understanding where i was coming from. I do not recommend the service department on Johnston. Sterling GMC took care of my Truck. I recommended Trevor because he's the best salesman ive EVER dealt with, and to thoroughly look through the vehicle YOURSELF that you want to purchase.”
