“I’m sharing this for awareness and accountability. Please share! I purchased a volva cx90 vehicle from Sterling Premium on kaliste Saloom in February. Since purchase, the vehicle has had repeated mechanical failures requiring service on March 15, March 28, March 31, April 17, June 27, each time over a week in the shop once for 2 months—each time related to engine or performance issues. During those earlier incidents, Chris Primo handled the situation professionally arranging towing and providing a loaner vehicle without hesitation, acknowledging that the car had ongoing issues shortly after being sold. Chris is no longer with Sterling. Today, December 23 less than one year from purchase—the vehicle broke down again on the side of the road. I have been calling Sterling Premium since 10:00 AM while stranded. I am now being told that Sterling “does not do rentals” and that I must personally pay for a tow and wait for my warranty company to assist—despite multiple Sterling employees previously confirming that loaners are available with a credit card due to a new insurance policy. The manager, Ms. Lamar, has refused assistance and dismissed the issue entirely. Saying must wait on warranty. This is the day before Christmas. We have children, no vehicle, and no support from the dealership that sold us a car with documented, recurring failures. I am not asking for special treatment—only reasonable assistance and accountability for a vehicle that has had ongoing issues since shortly after purchase. I hope Sterling Premium chooses to resolve this appropriately. Anyone who knows me has known how patient i have been with this vehicle and issues bc they was taking care of it and now it seems to not be a concern of theirs.”

“At first I looked like I didn't look like I had the money to buy a bag of chips and I walked in the building . And they welcome me with open arms and we started talking about the Saints and after that we got down the business and I was looking for a specific vehicle (truck) and they found one for me with low mileage clean with the right colors that I was looking for and wow I got approved with no problem. I would definitely recommend all my family members to come to Sterling Select and now my son and my daughter wants a vehicle and we're all going back to Sterling because they feel like family over there and they made me feel real comfortable and they made me feel really really welcome and when someone makes you feel really welcome you have no problem spending money there with good laughter, friendship and humbleness the place to buy a vehicle hands down.”
