“One month later (October 28, 2025) took the tucson in because part of the rear defroster isn't working. Once again, they are telling me this is not covered under warranty because they are detecting scrapes. I just don't understand why they won't cover these repairs which should fall under warranty. September 11 Thursday: sterling said the warranty wasn't valid to repair the touch screen because there are heavy scrapes and scratches on the screen. Some dust and light scratches, yes but not heavy scrapes and scratches. Update: Friday- I took it to Greg LeBlanc Hyundai in Houma and everything was changed under warranty. We got a new display and radio. They gave e me a loaner while the work was being done. Update: the general manager responded to my review asking me to contact him via email, which I did. He has not yet responded!”
