“I was able to drop my car off while I went on vacation but the service person could not duplicate my experience but told me if I continued having the issue to please stop by when I’m in the area if it happened again so they could hook it up on the computer to see if a new code came up. Everyone I spoke with concerning my vehicle was attentive and kind. They listened to me even though my issue is not completely resolved yet and gave me instructions on how to best operate my vehicle for best performance.”

“Service was well done. Ablle to bring it in on the same day with out making an appointment for maintenance items. Two issues keep it from being 5 star. 1 they noted an item that requires attention on the auto report but did not bring it to my attention at the dealership. I would had it taken care of that day. 2. I called and left a message for the service manager and he did not return my call.”

“For starters, I must say if you are in search of a vehicle I would definitely recommend this place. I was on the hunt for my dream car (Jeep Wrangler). The staff was super helpful, kind and courteous from the moment I stepped on the lot. Great salesman, kind finance manager as well as the sales manager. I was able to get approved for my dream vehicle that I absolutely adored !! Unfortunately ,the very next morning the “check engine” light was present 😩 I reached out directly to my salesperson. Conveniently, he came to my job to retrieve the vehicle within a few hours and replaced it with a temporary rental. The vehicle ended up needed more repairs (it was purchased used, so unfortunate things happen). The Sales manager provided great communication as he reached out after the purchase was made to see how the overall experience was. I was not comfortable with this vehicle as it immediately had to be placed in the shop, it was a bad sign. As heartbroken as I was, I would still recommend Acadiana Dodge for car purchasing and repairs. Genuine customer service will always be top tier for me.”
