He did very well trying to understand our needs and constraints and answered all of our questions, and accommodated us with a great test drive, which allowed us to move forward quickly with deciding on a purchase. We did have to go through a few hours of paperwork, which is always the case for making new purchases anyway and is understandable. I did not feel pressured during any part of the time because we were given plenty of space.
