“I came in to just to look at first, but Luis helped me drive off in the car I wanted with terms I was greatly satisfied with. Later the Communication is not that great as they do not call you to see how you like the vehicle and when you call its hard to.get a hold of someone and you literally have to go in person to get Communication, I think they staff needs to work better in Communication and follow up with the customers that have bought a vehicle from them to see if they are happy and to get referrals to get more sales, oh yeah I forgot to mention this is a Used Car Dealership and they dont have loaner vehicles for you when you are gonna leave your vehicle to get serviced and I had alot of problems with the vehicle I even had to fix a problem my self as it was overheating and not even 1 month I had the vehicle so bad, I hope the Owner reads this and makes LA City Cars LA Puente better as they have potential and can be the best Used Car Dealership if they get better and care for there customers after they bought, I know they want the sale but the follow up also comes with the sale and the happy customer brings more customers, last thing to say that to Beaware of the Run Arounds the employees will give you at this location as they just pass the i fo but dont really get back at you untill you get crazy and demand results and communication and go in person with your paperwork as thats the only way they are gonna help you fatser with all the answers tou need and any documents you need like registration card or plates, etc Jason has helped and Jai helped but the rest of the department and all of the employees dont so please becareful and follow up in person, as im saying thru my 1st time experience with the dealership and the employees and customer service that wasnt great, just because they announce in the radio doesn't mean they are a great cononay with great customer service and great communication and expect for them to call you, Buy on your behalf and be on top of your papers and communication, oh yeah I forgot the Extended Warranty only covers internal engine parts and internal transmission parts so if you bring your csr or suv or truck for oil change or brakes you have to pay its not covered and you have to call and call and call to make appointment to service department as there always busy and never answer Be very Careful when buying and make sure everything is written or its not legal and they won't honor it and record video if you have to to protect your self from lies and promises”
