“If you need Ford service in San Diego, Sedano’s Fords Mobile Unit is the way to go. They were incredibly punctual; Carlos called early in my 8 am–12 pm window to give me a courtesy heads-up and arrived shortly after. He handled the job on my Mach-E quickly and professionally. I always hear the team on KSON and 97.3 The Fan, and I’m glad the radio reminder prompted me to book. “I have been going to this dealer for many many years, when it was Drew Ford. Of course you worry when new ownership takes over, however this place has only gotten better. I have referred friends and family here to purchase new and used cars as well as to have their Ford's (purchased elsewhere) to be serviced here since they have been outstanding to me and my family. Service writer and shop foreman even got Ford to help pay for a portion of a complete tranmission replacement on my 2019 Bullitt Mustang a year ago even though I was 100+ days out of warranty. Very pleased to see they are taking the original Drew Ford values I grew accustomed to into this new generation of ownership. So many places just don't seem to do those little extra things to support their customers I grew accustomed to and appreciated back in the day. Please keep it going! Definite recommend.”
