“Came here about 2 weeks ago with the wifey 😍. We had a 22 Tuscon SE and loved it to death but wanted something upgraded. We decided to go all in and bump up to a Limited. When I tell you I looked FAR and WIDE for a dealership with the lowest mark ups and add ons, I seriously spent weeks looking. I honest to god feel like god himself lead me to Steele Hyundai in Kyle. Other dealerships kept calling me that a Tuscon came in and I always just missed it as it was sold but little Blue here waited for us. I called Steele and David was the one that answered he stayed over a bit to confirm the car was there for me the night before and we rushed over in the morning (An hour drive but WORTH IT). We got there about 9AM David was ready for us, had the vehicle displayed ready to go. At no point did he pressure us or rush us to get things going. We took our time and fell in love with the vehicle. From there the financing and paperwork took the longest time however, I must say this was solely based off waiting for the financing. Never did they try and haggle with us or got their manager to upsell us, we just sat there waiting haha. After everything was said and done they appraised my trade, finished the paperwork, and we were out by 12PM! Seriously an AMAZING dealership with NO haggling and NO dumb mark ups. Seriously AVOID any other dealership in San Antonio or Austin that marks things up. The customer service here is IMPECCABLE! I will literally never go to another Hyundai dealership again, you got me for life Steele, thanks for being amazing during these unamazing times!”

“Reduced stars for not getting the car ready for our picking up, had to wait another couple of hours at the shop. It’s an hour way from our place to them. The sales person couldn’t make it and didn’t let someone else know about our visit. Wasn’t nice. Other than that, stuff was nice. Prices are better than others in the area.”
