He went above and beyond to work on a contract within my budget for payments, and clearly communicated about different ways of financing to make this purchase work for me and my family. James went over all paperwork in a way that, just like with Faith, I never felt like we were in a hurry, or I was trying to be upsold on things I don’t need or want. Marcus was also fantastic on the day we came to pick up our new Tucson! We appreciate the time he took to make sure we were clear on all of the car’s features before we left. TL;DR? This was the easiest, most pleasant car-buying experience EVER. We drove from Austin, and it was worth the distance and the time in traffic to feel confident and happy with our purchase.
