“Buying a new car is stressful, regardless of how many times you've done it. And when my wife and I decided to purchase a new Mercedes-Benz, we thought the process would be even more complicated because of the significant cost and wanting to make sure we were doing the right thing, getting the right car, etc. When you walk into any car dealership, you're at the mercy of "who's next" for your salesperson, and all I can say is "Damn, we were lucky that Chase Anderson was next in line". I'm sure that all the other sales staff are very qualified, but from the first minute, I knew Chase wasn't going to try the high-pressure approach, and he basically allowed me lead the process with educated questions, while he provided an informative test drive and possible options on both sides of the car on which I as focused (not pushing...just being informative). My first visit to the dealership was just to check things out, and my wife didn't come with me. The most impressive thing Chase did was listen. He never once told me what I wanted was wrong, he didn't steer me to a different vehicle, he simply followed my lead and gave informative answers to my questions. When my wife and I returned the next day to test the car and make our decision, Chase's demeanor was still the same — sincere, credible and never pushy. In fact, I honestly believe that had we not bought the car, Chase would have shaken our hands and graciously said goodbye. Ultimately, we purchased the car. We were treated fairly, and the process was smoother than any of the other dozens of new cars we've purchased over the years. “We had the BEST experience with Mike and Mercedes of Knoxville. We were in the market to trade up our current Mercedes. We shopped multiple dealerships between TN and NC. What really stood out to us here, was the level of service. Everyone we spoke to at Knoxville was prompt, knowledgeable and accommodating. We were scheduled to pick up our new Mercedes Saturday morning- and Mike knew the commute would be a tight one with having to get back to Johnson city for a function for our kids. He got up super early in the morning and drove the car halfway to us, before the dealership even opened. “I will say that my online sales experience was great. They were efficient, stayed in contact and helped get all of the paperwork and transportation scheduled. I’m giving 4 stars because after spending this much money on a vehicle, that I would NEVER put stickers on, even stickers I like. Dealers have the audacity to not ask, and then put their name and some badge on MY car new before delivery? I was able to spend some time with a heat gun and carefully removed them, but that’s not something I should have to think about after a purchase of this magnitude.”
