“We purchased a new 2026 Hyundai Ioniq 5 AWD earlier in the month. The purchase was fine, but the salesperson follow thru was lacking - the car was not prepped and was rather dirty inside and out. We were told that we could make arrangements to bring it back - to have it detailed. Emails and texts were ignored as I'm sure the salesman was on to other deals. We were disappointed. Check the reviews for the service department before you decide to purchase here - we think that its worth going down the road - to another dealer for service. We felt that once the sale had been made - we were on our own!”

“I began with a phone call to the manager Zach. We've purchased 3 other Hyundai's. Since2013 from Grayson. The former sales manager wasn't there, but Zach went right to work and connected me with Chris and Jordan.
