“I cannot recommend Grayson BMW highly enough. If you’re looking for a dealership that actually values your time and business, look no further than Rich and Lucas.
Here is why this was a 5-star experience:
• Seamless Remote Transaction: I handled the entire deal over the phone from New Jersey. Being out of state can usually be a headache, but these guys handled everything like true professionals.
• The Impossible Trade-In Deal: I was coming out of a lease with overage miles and two payments left. While every dealership in NJ told me I’d be upside down, Rich and Lucas managed to zero me out. They gave me top dollar for the equity in my lease, completely wiping away the remaining payments and over-mileage fees.
• Solid Pricing: Beyond the trade-in, they gave me a straightforward deal on my new BMW M2. No games, no hidden surprises.
• Worth the Drive: I drove all the way from New Jersey to Tennessee to close the deal, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. The car was ready, the paperwork was easy, and the service was top-tier.

“To anyone who will read this , understand that I bought over 30 vehicles in the last 20 years from $5k beaters to $150k Escalade V .
Im from Chicago and did a deal on a Ford Raptor with Grayson BMW . What anyone needs to know is that these are the most honest and transparent people from who you can ever buy a vehicle.. any vehicle new or used , Colin who was my salesman and the finance manager and even the cashier lady .. just genuinely good human beings who have absolutely no desire to trick people,bs you,they don’t do business as your typical car dealership. The one goal they have is best possible price and customer experience .Im reading some of the 1 star reviews and whoever wrote a 1 star.. you are the problem not Grayson.”

“I have been looking on the internet for a used BMW for a few months. While visiting the Knoxville area from Alabama I found the vehicle I was interested in at Grayson BMW. I called and left a message to which Shane responded. Over the next couple of days we discussed the vehicle and I eventually went to the dealer for a test drive. To make a long story short I will simply say this is the best buying experience I have ever had in the past 42 years of buying BMWs. Shane promptly returned all my calls and texts, answered all my questions, worked diligently to help me buy the car and professionally negotiated an agreement that we were both happy with. He was courteous, polite, friendly well spoken and knowledgeable. Since I am out of state I need delivery to Alabama and he is currently coordinating with a company to help me with that
After we closed the deal on the car he introduced me to the financial advisor, Jesus, who was just as pleasant and helpful as Shane. Jesus explained all the details of the financing, helped me get the best rates, explained options to add to the car (3 year factory warranty extension and wheel/tire warranty) and other items that I eventually declined. Again, a wonderful experience that would make me a repeat customer.
